Just got back from shooting my Glock 20 at 600 yards. NO, I didn’t connect, but plenty of shots were within 10 feet of the target. Plenty impressive for me!

Agreed i will say that it can be easier to back accurate with something like a 1911 purely from the trigger and ergonomics that being said if you suck you still will suck no matter the gun

Ive got a 17 gen 3 w/ a Lonewolf 5.2 inch threaded barrel and s/s guiderod w/13lbs recoil spring and im accurate @100 yrds but ive never really tired beyond that distance ❤

Honest question how much penetration would you get or how lethal would a 9mm,10mm..45acp basically any of the big 3 commen concealed carry calibers are and compared barrel lengths from like 3.3inch to maybe idk 5inch

Carried something expensive once, a religious artifact from the Supreme 1911 family. It was so unreliable on its own magazines that it gave me bad dreams. I returned to my first pistol the glock 30 and slept like a baby, the glock works in dream scenario gas station robberies too. Glock for life.
I also cheated on glock with a sig once, sig also prone to shitbed.

I've done 150m with my Glock 19. It's doable. I'm not gonna sit here and say I can hit that shot every time but the gun is capable if I am. I can do 100 pretty consistently. 150 is way harder tho. I've also done 150 with my Canik and it was easier than with my Glock because the trigger feels like a good rifle trigger.
Oh, my targets weren't as small as this, they were c-zone silhouettes.

I love glocks I really do. I wish I got the same price/quality/reliability ratio from other pistols. But why oh why do they have to look so boring? Springfield, FN, and CZ all make plastic pistols that look good and point straight in my hands effortlessly. And why can't those other sexy pistols come in mass production 10mm models?

Thanks for the response. Guns aren't toys you're right. And I guess I can admit you can send your slide off to be cut, or do it yourself if you feel those extra bits or serrations are for you. Also a grip plug or some filler and do your own grip if you wanted. I have three Glock pistols all in 10mm all are gen 3. I love em. But my plain old XD is my edc, and I recently got a steal on two older Kahr pistols that feel amazing in hand but don't shoot very well. I love the way the FNS looks, checked one out at a local shop. That price tag though is yikes as hell.

I’ve got a couple dozen targets that show down and left shots and creeping up and right and each time the furthest away keeps getting close to the x ring. And I use a hellcat pro

Mr. Windex I was thinking about the Nick Irving video where he said a .50 cal doesn’t have to hit its target it just has to get close and it will remove limbs. Or something like that. Could you shoot close to a block of ballistic gel and end this BS rumor for good. I was once told that you can’t shoot people with.50cals because it’s against the Geneva convention. I said where did you hear that they said tribal knowledge I said Geneva convention you mean the one about ethical treating detainees and P.O.W.s??? This crap needs to stop.
