I think that I thought masterboards were like sample boards or idea boards like a professional designer would make, so I have never watched other people's masterboard videos. Lol. New sub and I've been binging your videos! This is simply a collage background that you cut up. Not sure who came up with the name for it. I feel like it's always been done and someone just finally gave it a name. Regardless, I enjoyed watching you. Thanks for keeping it real vs perfect. I really appreciate it! It keeps creating accessible and approachable. Hope you are taking good care of yourself and your grief. 😍 🤗
I watched this and the next video and literally dug the days scraps out of my craft trash can! LoL
When I have wood block stamps that have over stamp edges (the spots you wiped off with finger) I use a craft knife and cut off that part of the stamp. And I see lumpy spots from the glue if you use a old credit card or room key card and scrap over the top it helps spread the glue out under the collage.
Decided in January 21 shop small or not at all. Exception , “supplies”
Glues, tapes, paper, thank you cards, paint ,inks, cardstock , keep up Amazon stock. 😂
The rest - charms, stickers ( then finally learned to create my own) napkins, beads , fabrics, bags, wallpaper pack, washi, to name a few things purchased in the last 7 months. Today due to significant health mine( complications) husband heart attack in May, our finances look different as we have retired. However I’ll continue to purchase small,,even though my craft allowance has become significantly smaller.
You have done fabulous- on to next .. I’m using craft paper for base. Hoping it works out

You were thinking of a Xyron sticker machine! I still have a little one of those somewhere around here....Really useful for those intricate diecuts! Great collage/masterboard result, even with a couple mishaps! I am still not clear what the dif is btwn a collage and a masterboard. Seems like a mb is just a more offical-sounding name for a collage that you're going to cut into tags or do something like with instead of leaving it whole. Whatev, right? It's fun to make, that's the important part.

Hello I was just wondering about a place you have a subscription to where you get junk journal boxes(kits) had you ever had them be extremely late? Please can you link the ones you get these kits from. I did order one, but have not received it yet.
