Airline pilot's leadership skills tested - Ask A Pilot

Today we tested the transferable skills of an airline pilot and we are testing leadership skills. We created this to demonstrate the many skills pilots have. Soren sometimes says that being a captain can be like being the head of the kindergarten so today we put his leadership skills to a test. Can he lead a pony?
