These are 100% Sally Hansen's version of Holo Taco unicorn skin and winter shimmers, I highly recommended this brand especially if you like these types of finishes
When l first saw these about two weeks ago, l ran to my Walmart and all they had was one “Crystal “ left. It was mine and l love it! Reminds me of lLNP’s “The Magician “ that everyone loved years ago and tried to get a bottle of it!

I saw these and picked up Crystal & Unicorn. Crystal REALLY impressed me I'll definitely be buying a backup bottle. I liked Unicorn too but I had to do 3 coats over my base color before I felt like it looked even. Still super glad to see them go outside the box like this and I hope they do more in the future!

Thanks for reviewing all 3; they're beautiful in the bottle and on the nails. I have decided to get Unicorn and Crystal as I love the effects of both. I appreciate the comparison of the polishes against Shine of the Times and I hope these stay in Sally Hansen's core line but I won't bet on it. TFS!

Thank you for reviewing these beautiful nail polishes. I watched others reviewing these, but none of them are as clear as yours. I like that you give us the closer look of the swatches and compare them. I can't resist shimmer nail polishes. I bought Unicorn and Crystal. They're so beautiful! I also hope Sally Hansen will keep these shimmer top coat polishes in the permanent line.
I actually really enjoy the sugar. I did it over white and it was very grainy.
Opi ‘Champagne for Breakfast’ is a textured glitter/holo topcoat that gives that granulated sugar on your nails effect

I think the crystal would give you most for your money & ability to add something to any color already in your collection. I agree with sugar being a let down, I would have bought that if added new texture. Thanks for swatching!

Thanks for this video. I just bought the sugar because I found a gel base I liked, but couldn't find any regular top coat. So I bought the sugar, put it on... and couldn't figure out what was different from a regular top coat! I was googling trying to figure out the purpose and couldn't find any explanation of it until I found your video!

I only got the Crystal one and wanted to get the sugar as well, but they were out. Now I know I don't need to look for it since it's not what it should be. Haven't used my Crystal polish yet but I knew its gonna look beautiful over so many colors, esp. dark greens, blues etc. Thank you so much for this review! Your vid. are always so helpful!!!
I hope you have been able to get to a dollar tree....some of the other swatchers on CZcams found China Glaze there for $1.25 a piece. Since then I've went and only found a hand full. But they were all great ones. People are buying them all up when the truck comes in.

I really wanted to get unicorn and crystal but I figured I have some that give me the same vibe, specifically moonshinemani’s I saw the shine and orly’s ephemeral. In hindsight glad I didn’t but happy to see mainstreams stepping out of the box!

I picked up the Crystal one and think I need a second bottle, I've already used it lots!! I was hoping the same thing that Sally Hansen adds these to their permanent line 🤞🤞
I have the sugar one. If you wait a while, the sugar falls all the way to the bottom, you can then empty out some of the excess top coat clear polish on the top. That would give you more 'sugar' in a single coat I think. I've not tried this myself yet. You'd lose like maybe 1.5cm of the bottle from the top-- I'm curious if this would help at all though. I'm p bad at nails so that's why I stopped lol. The crystal one amazing too, have that one.
didnt buy sugar, not a fan of texture. LOVE!!! Crystal!! unicorn is also very nice. got a backup bottle of crystal.

Those toppers are gorgeous!!I need to get my hands on the Crystal one. The "sugar" one could be better. If you're looking for a textured top coat I can recommend you the Dance Legend (russian brand) called "Sahara Crystal". This top coat really has the textured effect you want 🤩.

Dance Legend has a texture top coat called Top Sahara that will give you that Pixie Dust texture finish. Sadly, you'll have to hunt it down in a destash because I think it was discontinued. One of my biggest polish regrets is only buying one bottle when I had the chance. I was hoping this topper would be the answer to my prayers but it looks like I'll have to keep praying!

I wonder... Do you think you could sponge on the Sugar top coat? I bought a bottle too, and mine was just like yours; too sparse in the glitter to really do much on the nail. Maybe it'd be better if it was in a thinner matte base as well. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Love your videos, I go out and buy some of the things you mention if I can find them! ♥
I was thinking the same thing, try sponging it bc that would soak up some of the base and give more of the glitters. It’s worth trying, I think 🤷🏽♀️
