Scroll down find this image copy it and paste it in your pictures album then when you print it make sure you select to print it 8 inches by 10 inches.

You just saved me $70. That's what the Honda dealer was going to charge me to aim the camera after a body shop replaced the passenger side mirror. After I realized the target had to be printed 8x10, your directions made the job super easy. Thanks.

Thanks. It worked. Just a bit of advice: The link for the target dots prints small. I had to increase the size to 150% to print a full portrait page which was needed to do this procedure. It took three attempts with the full page but the third time was the charm!

Great video worked perfectly. If your printing from the link, make sure you use the custom scale option, i set mine to 160 and the image was finally big enough to be recognized by the camera. Also make sure there's not too much sunlight flooding the camera

Hello, would this technique work on a 2021 civic hatchback as well? I had the passenger side mirror replaced but the camera is not activated and having a hard time figuring out which buttons to push first. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
Great video. It was helpful in the aiming of the mirror on my 2014 Odyssey. The only thing I would add is to make sure the paper is well illuminated.
I have a 2014 Honda Accord coupe w/o nav and to get into the diagnostic mode I had to press Volume, Display and Back knobs at the same time. From there follow the prompts on the screen using the menu button to get to the Lanewatch program . After that using the diagram with the dots worked like a charm. Saved me $130. So thank you very much!!!!!

Thank you soo much. This really helped me and saved me a lot of money. Appreciate it! The only thing I would add is that the lighting has to be right. I moved th target so many times but it didn’t work. Then I moved the car and the target to a different spot with less sunlight and it worked. So sometimes too much sunlight or too little sun light makes a difference!
This helped me a ton. For non-navi mid 2010s Odysseys with RES it is Back + Menu + Front Audio to get to Diagnostic Mode. Thank you!

2013 accord is different.........dealership had trouble with my 2013 accord...BECAUSE only the 2013 accord REQUIRED AN AUDIO SYSTEM SOFTWARE UPDATE TO GET THE CAMERA TO AIM PROPERLY. THE dealership had to call and review the problem with Honda NATIONAL support. took all day. ....WORKS FINE NOW

I have Honda CIVC 2016. The aiming keeps failing. I have moved the six dot target almost 100 times and it keeps failing. Is there a published measurement on how far or high the target needs to be? When readjusting, do you move the target in one inch increment or larger increments? Thanks

Hi George, I have a 2014 Honda Civic Sedan. It is a certified pre-owned vehicle, but I am not a fan of the extended view mirror on the driver's side. The line seems to bother my eyes. Would you happen to know if it's possible to take that mirror out and put in a regular mirror without throwing the mechanics of the car off. Please let me know. Also, I had the car for four days, or does wearing progressive bi-focal eyeglasses have anything to do with adjustment issues. Do most people get use to it over time?

Just replaced our 2017 Accord right mirror (OEM), programmed the camera, but image appears some what blurry. Is this a defective mirror or a programming error??

question for you guys? I have the 2012 Honda odyssey exl res and I recently installed the 2014 Honda odyssey pass. mirror with lane watch and did test a video by using the overhead display. There's a msg on the screen "aiming is not complete" and nothing else. My 2012 oem head unit doesn't have lane watch camera aim option like the 2014 does and I just wonder if any know how to bypass or advice how to make it operates. I really appreciate!!!

Thank you brother, I discovered how to access diagnostics menu and minutes later I fucked up my lane watch camera, there was no back button and suddenly it lost aim. I discovered your video, printer the sheet and aimed it correctly I only played with the height and distance from the side of the vehicle to make it look as close as it came from the factory.
