I Wanna Be the Guy Remastered Any% Speedrun

This run was absolutely insane until that terrible death after post-wily, losing about 7-8 seconds. Other than that though, this run not only had the greatest first 5 splits ever, it also had the best final 2 splits ever. Just an insane run with one poor split.
After learning most of the new stuff that barely saves any time, it took me almost 3 weeks to finally finish a great run on insane pace. This run was 21:3X pace into castle just barely. I'm going to work on learning some more stuff for the final push to 21:3X
I officially have achieved a better time than my sum of best back when I got my first 21:58 time. Really amazing how much I have improved in the last month since I started running the game again.
Just gotta keep the grind going; 3 seconds remain.

You can only shoot 4 bullets at a time. Most important thing with shooting fast is to get close to what you are shooting and don't miss

How do you walljump with the vines? I find it hard and just didnt play the game after that

If you are holding jump while on the vines, you can hit the direction that would make you fall off the vine to jump off. Alternatively you can just hold into the vine and press the jump button.

How do you do the Kraidgeif skip?

The kraidgief skip is simply done by damaging kraidgief enough in phase 1 to skip to phase 3. If you over damage at the very start of the fight, then it will go to phase 2 immediately.

have you ever done a speedrun on hard or very hard?

I have done speedruns, admittedly not trying too hard. Only reason is they are basically the same thing with fewer saves, which means the speedrun has fewer skips and is actually easier. If you haven't seen my impossible mode Speedrun, that one is much closer to how very hard looks.

Basically yeah, more saves usually means harder because you can do more tricky save jumps. The game itself without skips isn't very difficult. Impossible is hard no matter what though cuz deathless is just hard

I just tense my forearm and vibrate it really fast. I think eelusion does the same thing for his Boshy runs. It works, but is really taxing on the arm. It can also cause serious damage to your arm if you don't take care of your arm.
