It’s so refreshing to see a young happily married couple living intentionally for God. We live in a world that’s constantly downplaying marriage to just “a piece of paper” but it’s so much more than that. It’s a covenant and reflects Jesus’s love for the church (his bride). Though marriage may have challenges when God is the foundation it will be built to last.
I just want to personally say thank you guys for your obedience, it’s encouraging for me as I wait for my God ordained husband. Continue being an example, it’s needed now more than ever. 🤍
Many people see marriage as just a piece of paper due to cohabitation and pretending to already be married!
i love corey’s point about our focus being on how close we can walk with God and how we can be more like Jesus instead of seeing how loose we can get and still be christian! testing the waters like that only opens doors for the enemy in our lives. may God bless your family for sharing the wisdom He’s placed upon you two🙏🏽

I think the scripture Leah was referring to when speaking about body positivity at 15:42 is “Search me God and know my heart. Test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there’s any offensive way in me and lead me to the way everlasting” ps 139:23-24 it’s one of my morning scriptures.

Very inspiring. I’m actually preparing to do a video on godly living as well so this was right on time. I’ve recently been feeling shame and guilt about marrying an unbeliever. We’ve been married 2 years and as I grow closer to God I feel like I’m growing further from my husband. But God has recently drawn near to me. He encouraged me with the grace found in 1 corin 7:13-14….anywho, y’all asked for feedback and that’s what came to mind lol bye

Hi, I just wanted to wanted to ask about the affirmations thing. Before stepping out of the house I say things like "Today The Holy Spirit will guide all I think, say and do" or "Today I shall walk in love", basically affirmations that I think are in line with God's will. What do yall think? Is it still kinda sketchy cause it falls under the affirmations tag? Btw, enjoyed today's Q&A!☺
Instead of doing and saying affirmations get yourself some bible scripture cards from Amazon. :) You can read one daily and start to learn verses from the bible. Hope this helps :) x

Am not a person who is intentional about affirmation.
But, personally I think affirmations may not be biblically written, but I they are confirmed by the fact that the bible tells us that out tongues are creators. We may creat life or evil. And we are to live with the consequences of our creations. That's what the word says.
