Thanks for stopping by! Let me know in the comments if you are a coffee drinker, used to be, or never have been! I'd love to know!
Thank you sister❤️. Right now giving up both coffee and sugar at the same time. Your video is a blessing. God bless your family.
Your brown skin tone and your dark black curly hairstyle looks beautiful and simple have a blessed day bye! ❤🎉
Thank you so much!🫶🏾🤗
Thank you for the update 🩵
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Great video! I’m seven days into no caffeine. First five days, crazy headaches. Yesterday, just a light headache for a little while in the afternoon.
Faith without works is dead! I have faith, but I definitely have more work to do. Great life lesson! Thanks, Bestie, for these awesome tips. I’m looking forward to sharing my testimony with you once I’ve done my work and reaping the harvest. ❤😊
Amen! Thank you for sharing. I laughed a few times during this video, because I’ve had those thoughts of, why am I even doing this. But I agree, that when something has a grip on your life like coffee does to most people, it’s time to say goodbye to it. Coffee can become an idol that we don’t even realize is one.
Congratulations, you are strong!
Thank you Sister! I’m overcoming with the Lord too ❤
Awesome video. I'm 2 weeks without caffeine. I had relapsed. I did 8 months of no caffeine during pandemic. I'm over it.
All Praises!
I’m trying to get off coffee this year, especially this morning when I have this horrible coffee headache because I didn’t make a cup the same time, I waited a few hours and my withdrawal started and I’m like yup this is an addiction. The feeling of I have to make a cup and take that first sip and everything will be ok is insanity. That creamer part I was not aware of and I’m horrified, I’m so getting off coffee this year and as for tea, I thought as long as it was from like the health food store and it was for over health benefits then it should be fine?!?! I’ll do more research. But thanks a lot for sharing, it’s very encouraging!!
I have been drinking coffee every day nearly all day for about the past month and I have been considering rather or not I am addicted to it. Thank you for sharing your experience and journey.
thanks for watching!
I stopped drinking coffee a little over 2 weeks ago. I am down to one matcha a day from 4-5 espressos a day, and still feel dependent on caffeine but it´s getting better, a very slow and gradual process. I had to do the transition slowly. Feel so much difference in anxiety, sleep, migraines and the addiction to stress and being "high strung" to function. So valuable to hear your experience, thanks for sharing 🙏♥
I have stopped coffee about 4 times for 4 to 6 months.
This time I am 5 weeks in and gave up all caffeine including chocolate.
I really hope this is the last time.
Today is day two for me, and my body just feels so weak. I want to have a cup of coffee so bad but I’m going to be strong and rely on the Lord. I’m also wanting to see if it does help with changes in my hair because I’ve been struggling with postpartum hair loss and I just feel like it should’ve stopped by now so we’ll see. But thanks for being a motivation. Going to probably watch this video almost everyday to keep going 😂🥰. Wish me blessings!
hang in there! it will get better. In time it won't be this difficult. I am praying that God continues to encourage you on your journey!🙏🏾
Wow, I've thought of quitting coffee but never thought about quitting tea 😅
Hi Leah!
Hi!👋🏾
God had been talking to me about my eating habits around December 2023 he ended up revealing to me that I had a “Sugar addiction” coffee was the first thing to go. I would always use flavored creamer (hazelnut) and add sugar to it 😩 after watching your video I’m now realizing that coffee is really just empty calories and sugar that we don’t even need. What’s crazy is when God was revealing this to me I kept telling myself to go on CZcams because I knew you had posted about your personal journey with coffee years back, but just never got around to it and here you are today lol.
coffee is always the first thing to go with the holy spirit, i think he really hates it.. lol
God talking to u...u cray lol
I struggle with this. Even bought a Keurig to have an excuse to keep drinking coffee and tea (But I paid $70 for it! 😩)
you can definitely do it, it will be challenging, but it is not impossible! If you decide to stop, comment back and let me know if it helps with your hair!
I developed a dry cough due to coffee also. It's very addicting, especially if you develop a migraine after missing one day without it.
yep, the migraines are tough at first, but they do ultimately go away thankfully
I have never been a coffee drinker and I wonder what it feels like to be addicted to it.
I try it occasionally though but i get migraine afterwards.😢
It doesn't feel great!
I’m a coffee drinker but I have limited my drinking if it. I’ve noticed that it gives me anxiety and it makes it harder for me to sleep at night.
Thanks for sharing!
I love coffee i like the bitter taste 🤷🏾♀️lol but I had to leave it alone because it was causing me to suffer from migraine attacks to the point where I couldn't get out of bed. Now I drink roasted dandelion tea
Oh wow, I am glad you were able to resolve it by switching to non-caffeinated drinks & that you’re feeling better now!🙏🏾
See? Thats why Im not picking up coffee habit. The results are never attractive.
