source: I'm from the same place in England and actually pretty sure we're related. Either way I've heard he's happy single pringle. My great-grandad's name is Barnes or something and I'm pretty sure that's his grandad. Might be another Barnes in the same location but what are the odds? He used to be big on Sunday Roasts I heard so I think there's an exception to the beef thing. We're all quite mad on gravy and something called a Yorkshire.

Whenever British people say they drink x many cups of tea, it makes me so happy and warm. It is so relatable as my Korean culture also does the same thing. I also know it's due to all the wonderful memories I have associated with tea and the conversations I shared my with friends.

"I prefer eating to cooking." He is just like me in that regard. People always say they enjoy baking and cooking but it gets me tired because it takes a while to prepare especially when you're busy. Eating is the best. 😁
I feel ya! Especially when you live in the godawful tropics like I do and unless you have a very well-ventilated kitchen, stepping anywhere near a stove is going to leave you pouring with sweat

Love this food diary! So relatable! And I'm not British but I have always loved Jaffa cakes. And my favourite at a horse barn was called Jaffa sadly she passed away over 10 years ago, but the Jaffa cakes will always remind me of her and always be special to me. They're so nostalgic to me too. ❤

It's great that he's transparent about eating healthy instead of trying to be relatable. Shows that he actually put in the effort to maintain his looks (warm water first thing in the morning helps activate your organs and maintain your skin's youth). Some Hollywood actors and actresses alike often try to appear 'relatable' by saying "oh I drink like five cups of coffee a day cuz I breathe coffee' or 'I love junk food. You only live once lol' and make it seems like they wake up gorgeous when they obviously follow a strict diet.

Every day I watch a new interview of Ben Barnes and realise he is more and more perfect for me
He is so charming.
These are really interesting to watch to see how much different but then how much similar we can be culturally toward food. This was actually pretty relatable compared to most actors who are deep into diet culture. Apart from one or two comments (pasta at night etc...) that my former ED brain caught on, I felt as if he was describing my regular day of eating and drinking (eerie how it felt like me: coffee and non dairy milk in the morning, sleep drink/infusion at night, and then so much tea in between😍). I love how laid back and fun he is in every interview, he seems really genuinely nice, he is giving Keanu Reeves vibes a lot.

Macadamia nut milk is by far the BEST non-dairy milk, especially for coffee/tea. I'm just disappointed I can't really find it here in the US as much.
