ur right but non gmo is actually rlly important to check if you’re consuming a lot of it each day, and organic is something that’s safer to do and better for your overall well-being, you won’t have chemicals sprayed over all the things your eating. but yeah every once in a while it’s okay to have a burger from a fast food place
Using moderation to refer to someone’s balance between carcinogenic foods, junk food, and organic is so odd. If I could afford to eat organic all the time I would. Everyone should if they can, nothing shameful about being able to afford good food.

probably a high metabolism from regular exercise from being young and continued into adult hood. to be honest. Also, bread is not that bad. it's not sugar and deep-fried food - which are the two main things you shouldn't eat much of, we've just been conditioned by these videos to think everyone needs to live of salad, boiled eggs, almonds and steamed veges.
She's honestly not eating that much, a bagel, a sandwich and a pasta dinner. She probably isn't eating vast quantities of it.
