I can not digest anything solid until after 1030 am. So I like a protein shake. After a glass of water and a hot lemon tea. Guess I sleep and need hydration afterwards
stay happy I guess everyone is different, but it still doesn’t seem quite normal. Like maybe there’s some kind of illness causing it. I know my sister has Crohn’s disease and has a finicky diet. What she can eat and when, otherwise she gets horribly ill. For me, if I don’t eat an hr or so after I wake up, I’m starving and actually get light headed and slightly nauseous.

You should try it. I'm not from the US, my country has a long coastline so octopus is pretty common. There are so many tasty dishes from octopus tbh.
It's fairly common in Japanese food. So someone who lives in LA or a bigger metro area and eats sushi a lot is likely to encounter in a menu fairly regularly. I like octopus.

@@MyrnaDeJesus you realize that some of them were foods that she said she likes right? They were included in what she eats in a day. The morning she doesn't eat , then after gym she doesn't eat unless sometimes that she'll get a smoothie. She says it by herself at 1:09 'And then sometimes i will get a smoothie. She only has lunch, snack with tea ,dinner and that's all. Ohh wait and alcohol too.

exactly girl!!! for me personally...i'll eat fast food once/twice in a year...i prefer go buy my stuff and cook it myself!! besides its so easy..i don t trust people who say 'ohh noo its too damn difficult i can t cook'. what are you even saying?? cooking means boiling, sauttee-ing, frying, putting in the oven stuff ..and use your imagination to make the end product look good and apetizing!! I've always eaten broccoli, brown rice, pasta, salads, fruits, meat, eggs, beans, chickpeas, fish - what they re now calling 'clean eating' --yeahh i ve always done it.
