Anyone else hit the like button before he pulls on the cupboard?
Yeah, I don’t even wait anymore.
Just found this awesome channel. I didn't realize Stephen King made furniture
I'm always blown away by your ability to design these pieces. The amount of math it must take to put them together and have them be functional...and they're always so beautiful. Amazing. Love it.
Yes I agree, very well thought out. Always IMPRESSIVE!!!
Thanks ☺
That's right, if i have to calculate all that i will burst into tears. He is not only a mastersifu craftsman, he is a genius!
What he does is incredibly impressive, but it's less math than you think. Sometimes if you want to build something like this and have complete creative freedom, you can simplify it by just thinking of a single drawer size and working your way out from there. The math is more integral when you're working around a fireplace with specific cabinets on each side with a mantel, hearth, and many separate trims and reveals to consider before you can even set the fireplace. Don't get me wrong, I'm not on his level with upcycling, but I'm not sure anyone is lol. He might be the best of the best at this particular craft. Absolute art. It's a privilege that he takes the time to hit record. I bet he sells his projects for anywhere between $10k-100k with his copper accents, custom hinges, custom handles, etc. Unbelievable.

This really is making a silk purse from a sows ear Jason!
thank you so much for not talking. I love to watch you work.
One man's pile of junk efficiently transformed into functional and elegant lathe tool storage. Well done.
Thanks :)
I lost many hours to see this videos of works in wood, fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What i think when receive a notification of new upload? "Here comes the master"!!!
There is a calm that settles over me watching your videos. No talking, no forced ads, no nonsense. Just you working your magic with "scrap" wood. This is my kind of therapy=)
Top! Gruß aus Bayern
Your shop is my idea of what Zen should look and feel like!
I've had a horrible day. Then you upload. Awsome timing! Thank you brother!
O My God, you are just the king, thank you for this moment of art
My dream is to one day be qualified enough to sweep this man's floor! Take care & stay safe.
Excellent ! No $100,000.00 worth of tools just re-cycled lumber and actual skill
This gent is absolutely amazing...one of the few CZcams channels that I watch an episode from start to finish...
Epic UpCycling and Pask Makes two of the most creative artists on CZcams.
I have only just started this video and I already know its going to be awesome!
I’m amazed that you didn’t have any empty space left at the end!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
A pot noodle! I love it! Makes me think of red dwarf, lol
you sir are the mozart of woodworking
Pretty good example of how not all solid wood furniture is excellent quality! Your upcycling really did make it into something way better anyway.
Thanks Angie ☺
So little furniture is quality now, and don't even get me started on that particle board stuff.....
Holy cannoli Batman that was just perfect !
Thanks to you I am on the look out for used furniture that people are throwing away. Lol
Once again living up to the channel's name: EPIC!
Hi Jason. you are a brilliant person, the magician of recycling
Thanks Luigi ☺
Just goes to show , you can never have enough storage!
More top work. On behalf of the people who watch Epic up cycling. Thank you. Keep the good work going
Just subscribed... it's great to see creative people making stuff from recycled timer into functional pieces without using multi-million-dollar workshops ( read saw stop, festool et al). not that have anything against those brands, but seeing you use brads with a ball and peen hammer made me feel that all is not lost. it's not about the "tool" it's about the craftsman.
Thanks very much :)
I've noticed that far too many youtube craftsmen can't do this type of build without the use of plywood and expensive tools.
Amazing work!
You don't find many of them on the streets but we all know we're watching a true CRAFTMANS at work.👌👌👌
Thanks :)
Every time I watch one of your videos your workshop gets more and more organised, another fantastic build.
My late dad would, like me, be in awe of watching you build these things! Thank you.
Великолепный стеллаж!Поражает ваш талант создавать такие шедевры без чертежей да ещё из того,что лежит под ногами! Браво!
A magnificent rack! Your talent to create such masterpieces without drawings, and even from what lies under your feet, is amazing! Bravo!
Thanks :)
The most aptly named channel on CZcams. Another excellent project. 👍 😎
Bloody brilliant! One piece at a time folks.
Magnificent work!!!! You are a great teacher....
Thanks ☺
Bravo 👏 . You never disappoint. I get so excited when I see you have posted another video.
Very cool … from trash to treasure 👍🏾🇦🇺
Jason I am blaming you for not catching any fish I spend all the time watching your videos. That was absolutely fantastic sir. Thanks again. Take care and stay safe mate. Tom.
Thanks Tom ☺
I discovered your channel a while ago and always wait eagerly for your videos. Your creations are just amazing. What I love the most is that you don't use complicated and expensive tools. You have a real talent and I presume a lifetime of experience in woodworking. I could watch your videos all day long. Greetings from UK.
Thanks very much for the comments ☺
мир дому вашему 🤗
золотые руки у мастера 🙌
приятно наблюдать за неспешной работой 👌
WOW! Goes beyond beautiful and useful to organize just your way. You are gifted.
Thanks for being here and sharing you new build - simply amazed!
You remind me of my father. He would bring home pallet wood and repurpose it into small cabinets, furniture and shutters for our basement. They were small but great pieces. Nothing like yours though. I love seeing you build such elaborate pieces from junk wood.
Man, I love watching you transform stuff, it's like magic!
Like magic indeed. I saw him do it and I still don't believe it.
It’s nice to see that somebody knows what they are doing!
I'd like to catch this guy and keep him in my basement to make furniture for me😁
I am always amazed at you quality and attention to detail. What a beautiful piece.
Thanks Johnny ☺
The patience and skill you show in making the things you do is quite beyond us mere mortals Jason!
I'm steadily collecting oak, cypress, cedar and pine. 2 more years until I retire to my shop...
Thanks for the inspiration!
This. Is. Amazing.
Cabinet/ furniture maker for 35+ years. You still amaze me! Hats off to you! I always look forward to your videos!!!
The red drawers were such a perfect fit there was a whoosh of air out the back when you slid them in 😲Cheers Jason 🍻
Thanks Dunc ☺
You my friend are nothing short of a magician.
No need to meditate, just watching you be absolutely brilliant, makes me relax! ❤❤❤
Minute 3:43 showing the light waxing to create a non-stick workbench surface that I previously asked about!
It's a little thing that is much appreciated by this admirer xoxo
It’s not just the job and the art you have. There is also video editing. Awesome
I LVOE IT! i was so excited to watch you do this when you pulled that big ware drome in there.
Respect, that was a huge 3D puzzle. You kept an incredible calmness with your project.
Thanks :)
Your skills are over the top. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
My father was a carpenter/ cabinet maker. As am watching your videos; you bring me back into my father’s shop ...sound/smell/dust/ and his presence, etc, are all there 😁🥰
What a remarkable talent you have for turning one man's trash into another man's treasure. I have always been in awe of people like you and how it is such a blessing to see it in your mind and then make it a reality. Your videos/projects are very cathartic for me in that they have a very calming effect when things get to being too chaotic in these times. Thank you for sharing your gift and being a beacon in a sometimes very dark world🙏🏽😇🤗
Thanks very much for the comments, Tracy :)
You are so insanely talented it boggles the mind!
Holy Crap! This is an impressive project.
Incredible. I'm extremely thankful you take the time to record your projects. Thank you.
Not even in collegue I paid this much attention to something educational. Even if this is not, it's still awesome. Great work.
Thanks :)
Absolutely astounding. Also love how it incorporates contraptions from previous episodes.
love that band saw depth stop set-up at 30 min. Like all your projects, outstanding!! Your ability to focus in detail and accuracy to EACH piece is so clear. The projects are absolutely fantastic. As Josh said, your builds are each a labor of detail and Art. Thank You my friend.
Thanks very much, Scott :)
Congratulations, Exactly The Furniture I Need For My Paint Tubes And My Figurines!! STUNNING 👍👏❤❤
Welcome back Jason, we missed you!
I find it so calming and therapeutic watching these wonderful builds. Beautifully executed.
OMG this is so satisfying! I'd have loved to see more of the final re-organization and putting tools away in their new home, I bet your workspace is so much better now!
This is why you have epic in your name
I look at all the time you spend on these details and am amazed at the beauty of them all.
Been waiting for the next video, and here it is! Not watched yet, going to save it for the weekend, with a cuppa and toast & marmalade 🤘😎🤘
Always look forward to your uploads. They're giving me ideas on how to make my own projects look fancier!
The amount of detail that goes into your projects is mind blowing.
I really find watching you at work therapeutic.
The best part is he uses reclaimed wood
The opening tunes suggested this was going to be an epic episode. Nice job again :-)
Thanks Graham ☺
when are you going to turn a pallet into a much better ornate high end pallet?
I'll add it to my to do list ☺
Wow! What an absolutely amazing project. I love thr way this came out. I could use one or two of these in my garage. Thanks for the video, I enjoyed every minute.
Thanks for the comments ☺
I like how he just minds his business lol
I give your project a 20 out of 10. That really is epic. 💕♥️💕
Beautiful job! I always learn something new every time I watch one of your videos and have adapted my shop to use some of the same gluing and cutting techniques that you use. Thank you!
Thanks very much, Scott, it's great to hear that some of my methods have been useful to you ☺
Beautifully done. That would definitely be a shop treasure.
You know? In another day and age you would have been the local master craftsmen the townfolk would talk about as the best there is, and I'd be the peasant that sat outside your shop day and night begging you to take me on as your apprentice until you finally gave in or set your dogs on me. haha
I watch these videos and eventually I'm just sitting here mouth agape at the scope of what you're doing, how it all makes perfect sense, and how far your project has come from where you started, and I just wish that I could think that big to conceive of a project like this in the first place. I always learn something from watching you, and that's more valuable to me than anything, because I in no way need a workshop storage rack (right now), but just watching you work is a masterclass.
Thanks very much ☺
Wow the planning & forethought! I can't even decide if I want my desk light on the left or right lmao
Thanks for showing us another masterpiece. I am always amazed at the complexity and beauty of all your pieces.
Thanks Ozwald :)
Wow !! Your talent and patience are awesome ! I love watching your videos. You once committed to me that this is your hobby, can I ask if you don’t mind, what kind of work do you do? Congratulations on another beautiful piece of work.
Sending 🖐🏼 from Texas 😊
Thanks Christine. I work in photography and graphic design.
Wooden Picasso is back..👍💪🤗
I was going home from work one night and the corner petrol station was doinng some renovation and there was pallets there. I come home have some dinner and then go back out to get the pallets and to my suprise they were big boards all clear pine. I did the pricing of the timber and it in total was around $800-900 worth of wood. Of course my wife had it all used up even before i had a chance for any projects I needed to do. The cantilever sewing box came to mind. Thanks Patrick Idaho USA
Jason, another amazing project. I've altered my approach to these type of workshop projects because of your videos. My plane display case is based on two of your previous projects. Thanks for all your hard work making and editting the videos. I suspect 38 minutes actually represents several weeks of effort. Much appreciated.😁
Thanks Fred. ☺
There aren't enough words to describe the ability of your creations Jason. The practically and design is always a pleasure to watch and the finished article leaves me in awe as well as envious to a very high degree. Incredible seeing what a pallet can become and there's no waste. Fabulous video mate 👍🏼👍🏼😉
Thanks for all your great comments, Ian :)
WoW, that is some imagination to design that. Nice!
I hope you took a good mini-vaca after that. I’m sure it took you a couple of weeks. Ingenious!
That is just awesome, I love your attention to detail and craftsmanship. I always thoroughly enjoy your builds and videos. Thank you for taking the time to do them.
Thanks Steve :)
What a beautiful piece! Must have taken a good while figuring out exactly what it will look like, and then it only took you less than 38 minutes to put it all together amazing! I would have taken me at least a month or two. J/K Amazing workmanship the only power tools used is the table and band saw and the jointer. Nice!
I thought someone was going to pop out when you knocked on the side 😂
Great, now I want one for my closet, all that jewelry, shoes & accessories... yes please!
Once again: Wonderful! I love how you keep the quality and creativity of your projects at the highest level rather than mass-produce content to get more total views. You keep designing and making amazing projects, we'll keep subscribing and watching. Many thanks to you for sharing your passion with us.
Thanks very much ☺
Genial cómo siempre, felicidades por el trabajo. Se valora tu esfuerzo.
