she should of been given medical treatment after the first minute or two when it was aware soemthing wasn't right, even if she was faking which you can't really prove so thats no excuse, its safer just to get an ambulance there or get her to the hosipital.

lol he wasn't a witness, he was a first party victim. I'd certainly want to know, as a victim, if the person who hit me was smashed. And there's no need for them to "keep" her behind the wheel; she's drunk scumbag that caused an accident, plenty of people have already seen her behind the wheel including the victim. It's lucky that no children saw the underside of her car.
