      @StallordD  Před měsícem +13

      There's a big Void Monster guy idea I had (not shown here) that I think would make for an awesome Shadow of the Colossus style Raid Boss, and fighting him in a massive, Plains of Eidolon sized arena desert would be a dream. Like most of these though, he probably wouldn't be a great fit for Warframe in reality! But yeah, more big open areas with big spooky monsters would be awesome.

      @@StallordDABSOLUTELY!! And I do actually think it would work with WF as well. Imagine a skybox at least as high as Fortuna and as wide. Flat and Sandy with the “ruins” of alternate realities strewn about, offering cover and height advantage.
      You injure the boss, then when it kneels to recover, you begin your bullet jumping ascent. Or void dash/fly/kitty zip line, etc. maybe a pulse of energy would prevent transference, limiting you to WF movement. Make your way up, perform a “requiem ritual” at its vitals, they open up, you attack it until it throws you off. Rinse/repeat.
      Maybe each of your designs could be this big, Chaos being especially crazy as he could shape shift as your climbing and fighting, making it a true parkour challenge.
      “Time” (I forget the word) could reverse you off Protea style if you don’t make it to the vitals “in the nick of time” (lol a necessary time pun).
      “Order” gives you a visual clue as to its defeat sequence (aka Deimos vault), and it must be dismantled in that fashion OR ELSE.
      Basically: keep these designs, just make them SotC size for raids!!

    With all of this, this should be more like a new type of lich enemies (i think is better like that 👀)
    - Kuva Liches (from the Grineer)
    - Parvos Sisters (from the Corpus)
    - Technocyte Coda (from the Infested)
    And then...
    - Requiem Horrors(?) (from the Murmur)

    • @AnimalKing012
      @AnimalKing012 Před měsícem +16

      That’s a good idea. With the reveal of Technocyte Coda, Murmur Liches isn’t entirely unlikely.
      But it’s probably something we wouldn’t see for a while since DE seems to have their hands full with 1999.

    • @tyrantofcans465
      @tyrantofcans465 Před měsícem +9

      The best time to introduce Murmur Liches (which I think should be called Hymms) would be during the update in which we have the second to last fight against Wally. Before we have the ultimate showdown.

      After seeing the Technocyte Coda I started to wonder about Murmur liches, and the first idea I came up with is of a humanoid Murmur that has a head like a mix between Wally's head and Teshin's helmet with a skull-like mouth and nose; arms like a Gruzzling's; a stone-like mass reminiscent in rough shape to a longcoat instead of legs; and a billowing column of smoke coming out of the top of its head.

    • @StallordD
      @StallordD  Před měsícem +4

      Thanks! I promise you though, it was NOT easy. Each hand (and foot for that matter) took MANY attempts with constant references (and many phone selfies in the mirror with goofy hand poses). It helped me get a lot better at them, but I still struggle with them despite all that. About halfway through Jahu I was cursing myself for making such a stupidly complicated design, then halfway through the first arm on Oull I was cursing myself for doing it AGAIN.

  • @THERATSANDTHERATS
    @THERATSANDTHERATS Před měsícem +21

    Idea for Khra, it shows up *only* during missions with timed objectives, if it can reach the location it will time lock the object, stopping it from progressing, its three arms will then start to cast something on the objective, slowly turning time back, and building its clock, it isn't something you kill, its more like a demolyst enemy that has to be staved off, not a offensive power house, maybe it would be locked to its own unique game mode of rare encounter, after the objective finishes it would drop items based on how long it was aloud to take your time, like a strang deal was made, you give it time and you suffer, and it blesses you with greater rewards, but you must be sure to not let Khra get greedy or it grow strong enough to fight, warping time as it pleases, debuffs on you last longer, debuffs on it last a fraction then they usually do, your buffs last half as long, beating it now would grant you access to unique mods and also cuts all remaining objective timers in half, so either trade time with it and get rewards, beat it back not letting it get anything and getting nothing much as a result, or let it grow fat from strength and put it down to use its time manipulation to your benefit

    • @StallordD
      @StallordD  Před měsícem +3

    Nice to see you upload part 2 of your descriptions of these fanmade Void enemies that serve the man of the wall. Concieved by the Void from flesh to enter the material realm to spread their eldritich master's influnce with unknown plans and motivates. Each representating a word of the void tonuge that is older than the stars. They are the echoes to remind the Tenno of their deal with master as well as the consequences of not withholding its bargin. They're nightmares of those who are unaware of the Indifference, mockeries of the human form of what the Void created to understand that would drive even the bravest of warriors insane from seeing them.
    Who serves as figureheads of the thorax, Mumur and Void angels that carry out their master's eldritich will to breach the barrier between void and dust to breakdown the walls of casuality and spread chaos and indifference to the universe and to repay those who have made contact with it in full.....

    Khra looks great.
    I would flip Netra, turning it into a mushroom. Kind of like how fungus feed on decay, and how the cloud of a nuclear bomb is remnants of nuclear decay.
    Fass would actually work pretty well in Warframe, but I think you'd have to give it a breathe attack of some sort that is radiation. I wouldn't change its design, and I'd make it that while its in a wall, players that look towards it will see the walls overlaid with a void-angel texture. That way you get both visual and auditory queues.
    Lohk looks pretty good. IMO, if it was going to be a boss like that, I'd have the texture, instead of being stone, being some kind of void liquid. Kinda like fighting the avatar of something.
    Overall, love the twin concepts.

    • @StallordD
      @StallordD  Před měsícem

      Ooh yeah, an inverted Netra could look neat. I actually kinda wrote it like a mushroom in my Light Novel, so an inverted style would probably work pretty well.
      Radiation breath for Fass is evil, I love it, lol.
      I like the final form being stone to be in line with Wally, BUT I can totally see the smaller forms coming out of Void Slag, so instead of stone chunks it's just a bunch of slag that gets more solid as they "evolve" instead, ala Mimic Tear. That could be a good alternative, and probably easier to animate / cheat visually as well!

    I think it would also be super cool if each one of them would be accompanied with their own music track when they appear.
    Like, imagine you are doing your regular Netracell run and then suddenly something similar to "Into Tartarus" (Hades 2) starts playing when Khra manifestation spawns in.
    Now, about that guaranteed death timer of Khra - I'm not really a fan of mechanics like that in games. Though I understand that simple DoT, even if it's quickly increasing, won't do much in a game like Warframe. I honestly fail to see a proper middle ground here.
    Overall, I would love to see all those appear in game.
    Anyways, cool designs, in both videos. I somehow was completely unaware of part1, might be youtube algorithm shenanigans at play or maybe because the eight worms in my brain are half-asleep all the time.

    • @StallordD
      @StallordD  Před měsícem +2

      Additional music layers would be awesome, and totally doable with the dynamic music system. Adding like, a ticking clock percussion for Khra, or some screechy discordant violins for Fass, etc.
      That's a great idea actually. I'm wondering about the others now. Maybe a rhythmic Cello for Vome, some steady but distinct drum for Jahu, some etheral glassy tones for Ris, loud whispering for Xata, and some brushy low cymbals for Netra? Oull would absolutely need its own choral track.
      I totally get not liking death timers. I'm not sure WHY I like them so much, must come from some deep-seated childhood gaming experience I've forgotten.
      And yeah, I think because I post so infrequently, the YT algorithm has frowned upon me pretty hard. I've heard from quite a few people that they aren't aware of my last few uploads.

      @@StallordD Speaking of corresponding music (or at least sounds) for each of the Requiem Horrors - I think there's a lot to explore here. Yes, connecting Khra and a ticking clock is kinda obvious (because time, duh), but the rest - not so much. But with what sounds do you represent Vome (which is order)? It might be a cello like you said, it might be a metronome, it might be sounds of a marching army or a gavel of a judge. It can be a lot of things. And same for the others, even Khra (sounds of shifting sands in an hourglass, for example).
