My 5 FAVORITE Summer Cocktails - Easy AND Simple

Pineapple Daiquiri
1 oz. Liber & Co Pineapple Syrup
1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
2 oz. Plantation Pineapple Rum
Watermelon Paloma
.5 oz. Agave
.5 oz. Lime Juice
2 oz. Watermelon Juice
1.5 oz. Tequila
Top with club soda
Brazilian Lemonade
4 whole limes (quartered), 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, 3 cups of cold water. Blend for ~15 seconds. More blend time will make it more bitter.
2 oz. Cachaca
Dawa
Quarter 1 whole lime, and muddle in a rocks glass with 1 oz. 2:1 honey syrup and muddle limes. Top off with 2 oz. Vodka.
Tim The Tank
Simple lemonade, take out roughly 1/3 of the lemonade. Add cut strawberries, and jalapeño slices and add to the lemonade. Top with tequila and let sit overnight in the fridge. Sever it up!

Great recipes! My Sumer go to so far is the Strawberry Bourbon Smash. It’s strawberry season here in SC so we are loving it. Also the mint from our garden is very prolific so that is also in our favor.

My wife had family - missionaries in Africa that only drank / experienced "green lemon lemonade" (limeade) in Sengal, etc. Its a geographical thing. ALL great options for different palates. Nice job Kurt, THANK YOU SLB!

Great video as usual guys! We tried 3 of the 5 (Brazilian lemonade, honey syrup vodka, and jalapeno tequila) this weekend and, well, they did not go over so well (the jalapeno tequila was interesting, Brazilian lemonade was extremely limey and tart, and the honey vodka was way too honey forward), but we had fun experimenting, tweaking, and with the creation process. Everyone has different tastes, and that is 100% OK. Our enjoyment of your channel is completely unaffected, and we very much appreciate all that you do!

I took a few week break from the interwebs and finally tonight I made myself a Kurt's Mexican Street Corn and this was the first video I tuned into. Funny to see Trenton drop a throwback to shaking corn while I was imbibing on said cocktail. Anyway another great video, simple looking recipes, all which I will hopefully be able to try over the next few weeks.

Good video, I would have to include the caipirinha. Much less work than the Brazilian lemonade and so good. Easy to riff off and add seasonal fruit as well!

My favorite summer drink is an Orange Crush, Orange Vodka, juice from 1 Orange and a splash of sprite or Club Sosa

All these look great! Instead of the simply Lemonade, I use Limeade and add a tajin rim. Give it a try.

We used to make 64 oz tequila sunrises. Pour out about half the OJ, pour in equal parts alcoholic triple sec and tequila, top off with grenadine. Shake and serve over large ice.

Will try all except the watermelon one, WM is poison in my book. Super bad childhood experiences with parents making us eat "well past it's prime" WM ("There's nothing wrong with it, EAT IT!!!!"). We are enjoying a bees knees cocktail tonight with barrel rested gin. I needed some lemon zest for the ricotta latkes I was making for Sunday breakfast, so I had some "skinned" lemons as a result, decided to juice them and instantly thought of using the juice in a cocktail. I would have made one of the ones you made, but was short on tequila and vodka, but I did have the gin, so bees knees it is! Great stuff as always guys! Will be picking up supplies this week for trying the other cocktails....🤤
I found and liked your channel with the bourbon reviews and talk, but watched this and was intrigued. I just finished making the Paloma, Lemonade and the Tim the Tank and OMG SO GOOD. I finally got a bottle of eagle rare at walmart of all places its pretty good for 35 bucks. But I absolutely love high rye bourbons so far old overholt and george dickel and redemption black label rye so good almost to good

That last one, the Strawberry Tequila might be really cool with Mezcal, or with just a little mezcal floating on the top. I like the smokiness mezcal brings to cocktails. works really good with jalepenos

Great content as always guys (and gals behind the scenes)! If you haven't tried Lunazul tequila, I highly recommend it, for cocktails or just sipping. Inexpensive, 100% agave, and punches well above it's weight.
I would LOVE to see you guys to an edition on Cigar Blend bourbons. I've recently found a distillery near me that blends their own version and it is wonderful (albeit somewhat pricey)!

My wife's summer cocktail she discovered at a small-town dive bar: Tincup Whiskey, Simple Syrup, Lime, Watermelon Juice, garnished with fresh sage.
I'd love to see a video about gins for people that don't like gin. I've seen so many great sounding cockail recipes that are gin-forward, but all the gins I've had (granted, I've had very few gins) are way too junipery for me. I know there are other flavor profiles, but I don't want to waste money experimenting with a bottle I may have to give away after one sip.

My favorite summer cocktail is whiskey and lemonade. But you can't use crappy lemonade. Either get Paul Newman's or make fresh. Use whisky of choice I just go old school with jack
The simply lemonade also works as well. Forgot about that brand.

A bit surprised you didn't throw one whiskey one in there, because with all the whiskeys your audience has...now we gotta go out and buy exotic rums, etc. Or maybe I'll just make your "Hunter" cocktail. Anyway, where did/do you get those cool glass bottles to hold your syrups, etc.? It makes it look like you're an apothecary.
