I understand what you are saying. As I guy I can't grasp what it's like. I can sympathize with the "not all of us" guys though. Evil men should be condemned, I think castrated or killed. The problem is that condemnation often gets thrown at average guys too. What most likely happened is that he was let go during the investigation, so he is free until the case is completely made against him. He also probably isn't able to leave the country. One of my good friends a few months ago got obsessed with Andrew Tate and I've sat down to talk about how bad this is and how badly it's affecting him. Before I confronted him he started yelling at me for being a woman and even accused me of potentially exaggerating my own personal sexual assault because women be like that. I'm Romanian and some days ago I saw andrew's brother on tv being interviewed about different aspects of his life (mainly romantic) and there was nothing negative about these dudes in there. One of my good friends a few months ago got obsessed with Andrew Tate and I've sat down to talk about how bad this is and how badly it's affecting him. Before I confronted him he started yelling at me for being a woman and even accused me of potentially exaggerating my own personal sexual assault because women be like that. I don't know how to help the men in my life from falling into this trap. Men that I know and love and that respect me and respect women are suddenly being swallowed by the truest definition of toxic masculinity. It's not an overnight change like a lot of people make it out to be. These videos start mild and get more toxic the deeper you go. But by then it's too late. If anyone knows stories of people that got away from the Tate mindset I'd really appreciate knowing they're out there and that my friends will get away too.

Honestly, this can be true for some other things as well. As a transfemale I honestly never realised that there is such a huge amount of people who believe some kind of fairytales or myths about how you can spot trans people that are just superproblematic (mainly due to the risk of those people thinking they spotted a transperson based on some false idea of what body characteristics sets them apart from cis-people).
