It's really remarkable that we now get something as adults that we would have wanted and loved as children. And it is precisely this thought that defines us as collectors. What a lovely lovely creation by Paleetoy. Have been following his work for a while, seen several of his Star Wars playsets. I like they way they 'blend in' with the classic toylines. Simple materials, but such an original 'vintage' looking playset design. Inspiring!
Exactly, it could be so easy to stray from the vintage vibe, but this set works perfectly with the original figures! Hopefully, Lee can release many of the sets he's prototyped for Star Wars 👍
Very nice, it actually makes me very nostalgic for a 1980'S Christmas, it reminds me of the type of gift I would get from my grandparents. I had the cardboard Action Force playset back in the day, it was awesome.
Definitely has a Christmas vibe, you're right, the kind of present you'd receive from a relative!! 👍 And wow, the HQ must have been magic as a kid! 🤘

Very cool Dave, I love the classic style. The vintage figures look right at home in the set. When compared to yours, my sticker application on my childhood toys in the 80s and 90s leaves a lot to be desired😂

G'day Matt! 🤘 Yeah, the price point is the only downside. I really hope Lee can make a real success of Paleetoys as that will drive the price down. Right now, of course it's a custom, very limited run with one person working hard to keep it all together! 👍 It does look good though and perfectly suits the vintage figures!!

A fantastic set VTR and well reviewed. Not to do Lee a disservice, but they are nice simple sets (as they should be, considering there a nod to the original sets) but wonderfully thought out
Yeah, I think if the sets were any more sophisticated they would lose there charm and would look out of place with the figures 👍
