Today we made ours with
50ml Tarsier Pink Gin
20ml House of Broughton raspberry syrup
25ml lemon juice
2 drops Mrs Betters Bitters Vegan foamer.
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake and serve in chilled champagne saucer. .
