I thought the Espresso was supposed to be hot as the Crema gives the cocktail a better foam? Cheers.
Lee Clarke both ways can work. We run a lot of large events where speed is of the essence and coffee machines are not on-site. This is how we discovered that pre batching your coffee works just as well and still makes an awesome delicious drink.
