  • The Challenge was set, with a 7 minute head start could the boys hold me off and take the win on the Volcano Circuit?
Or would I chase them down and take the win?

How is the performance of kickr snap on sprint?

It's ok. Well I don't have much of a sprint though unfortunately, 800-1000w. But it's a pretty solid trainer all round. I use my power meter pedals, but the power from the trainer is solid too if you do a spin down on every ride

@@melbournecyclingsegments7510 thank you for your reply. I ordered a kickr snap because your videos helped me with the decision.

Melbourne Cycling Segments hey JP, do you use a tyre specific trainer or normal road tyre? I am using a normal road tyre, seems to be shredding a bit and slipping at high gradients anything above 10%? Thanks

@@silicioification I just use any old tyre I have lying around. On the Snap I turn the dial until it touches the wheel then I give it 2.5 turns, don't really get any slip. When I do a spin down the time is generally about 10 seconds (after warmed up a bit). Hope this helps
