I'm so happy I decided to watch this. I had kind of forgotten about this transition into the 5D. After having a pretty big argument with my family I found I was crying uncontrollably not to menschen all the weird dreams, and just how much sleep I feel like I've needed even though I have been getting into bed early. Oh my. You are spot on! I had my awakening back in 2011 after a near death experience. Two years ago i bought a flat by the sea and a woodland. The woodland has been amazing I'm restoring it.this year I've lived there most of the time since constructing a cabin. Its simple, no electricity. Just me, nature and a campfire. One of my son's totally gets it. This has been a devine path of discovery. ❤

The last couple months felt like rapid transformation. I found my heart open, telling people I love them and all relationships growing. But also so many doors shut on the city I lived in for 20 years, I feel so ungrounded and not myself as these changes happen. I also was doing a 5D meditation every day. And an opportunity came up, I moved to u.s. alone and accepted a dream job. My head is spinning from all the new energy and change. Thank you Sonia, I was resting in bed after a long day of work, and I heard ringing in my ears(usually I dismiss it as tinnitus from working in a very loud environment). But this time, I closed my eyes, and held still, and invited my spirit guide to speak with me. I called my kids for a bit, started scrolling and found this video. It was a great message. Life's had me down, face in the mud, sobbing inside for a long while. But lately I've felt a shift inside, and I'm finding strength to get up and work on myself, and I'm beginning to be aware of my spiritual side. I'm still blurry eyed, and feel a bit lost, but this was a good hint in the right direction. So, thanks for the work you do!

Hi Tezza, last time waking up at 3:33 happened to me in a major shift. Or rather I understand it as a warning (since I am a deep sleeper waking up in the middle of the night is very extraordinary for me) that I am on the wrong path when I look at it now. I was in job in a huge company I always dreamed of working for but I wasn't happy, still I would deny that. Things happened that deeply disturbed me (my boss playing psycho games and blocking my success and so on) but I would push through since it was my 'teenage dream' working for this company. One day the shift came. It came quick and it came impactful. I always have been very 'insightful' to signs my guides would send me but sometimes I am so self-absorbed or strong-willed that I am not this attentive. But waking up at 3:33 was impactful. Since then it was like in a movie. Signs everywhere and I knew what they meant right away! It took 3 days (3 again) with messages so clear what to do (e. g. I came across with a wall mural saying 'Man cannot set out for new shores unless he has the courage to leave the old ones.' and - and this shocked me: - I lived in house that time with the entrance completely covered in graffiti. The night I came back home after seeing the mural I was walking towards the entrance lost in thoughts and thought' this is not the right house'. Then shock! All the graffittis had been removed at that exact same day! It was like a major sign calling 'tabula rasa', start over. Clean up. I resigned the next day, but I was so scared and angry, crying in the morning under the shower not knowing what to do and asking for help (it was a twisted situation because before I worked for this company as a freelancer and I expected my boss to maybe block jobs for me because of power issues). That day I met a freelance colleague who is also a friend and told her. She said 'oh I have so many job requests that I can't do them all by myself, you can have them.' And so all my 'problems' solved itself within a day. It was crazy. Later that day or the day after (I can't remember, it's been years ago) I resigned. I cried telling my boss, I just couldn't stop, I was so emotional although I didn't want to show off my feelings. Since then it has been a ride, I tell ya. 🤠 I moved back to my home town when corona started and started over again in a totally different job where I excelled as well (before that I finished my work as a sales rep with bringing the brand to the top in sales). I started to work for an university as an academic start-up consultant and preparing students for a competition. I made champions twice in a row and for the very first time at all. Then my contract expired. My boss did everything to hold me but it didn't work out so I had to go after only 18 months. Right now I'm in a job shift again. I started to understand what's it all about. Certain lessons or also tasks I have. I accumulated so much knowledge and expertise the last years, built a huge network and good karma. I would always hear from people 'I will pray for you tonight' because I helped them in a way nobody did before. My life is a miracle and I would experience all this crazy 'co-incidences', people giving me something I have been looking for so long or paying for me on a day I was totally broke. Right now I am in a major job shift again. My right eye keeps twitching for 2 weeks now. This job rn was very important either because it showed me what I do NOT want. 😉 And I met a new friend, she joined the team 2 months ago. I knew she is one reason why I had to stay in this job just a little longer (I tried to find a new job a few months ago but it didn't work out at that time). I am so excited for you what will happen to you! I hope my story can help you to interpret the signs better and to make good choices for yourself. Just remember: you can always ask for help. Just say a prayer and send all your emotions through it (you know, emotions are the key to the universe) and be grateful. Don't forget to say thank you and wait for your miracle to arrive! Sonia, I had all kinds of plans today and suddenly tears started like waterworks. I believe I'm feeling Hilary the Hurricane which appears to be zig zapping around my family and friends - I'm on the east coast feeling it. I've been saying "I love you" non stop as though I'm guided. Several people are flashing by psychically and I'm keeping them in my heart. I hv doing doing the recordings for the last couple of weeks. I'll share whatever comes up. What I'm going to do today is follow your guidance and state what I want. When I look around, I feel very blessed. My heart is exploding and still crying. It's rather amazing. My dog is full of love too.
About releasing old self into the light in order to continue becoming: think about it from ego’s perspective & how we attached to ways of thinking…. Because ego is scared to let go and transition back to source, but “parenting” your ego and letting it know about what’s happening and releasing it back to source is a way of thinking from outside of your ego, healing your inner child, and releasing that which no longer serves you (all at the same time) while also validating that maybe it did once serve you and that is a good thing to be grateful for, & it’s okay that it’s time here is done. 💗

This is wild! Everything you said happened to me exactly like you mentioned exactly in that order and timing. I'm super impressed I didn't have any information on what was happening but I feel guided anyway. As I go, I do my research and realize this is really happening..and not just to me. It's like living a sci-fi movie. Now I'm trying to take it slow and make the journey less stressful by taking care of myself and meditation. Body is going through a transformation to get healthier in order to connect and evolve. My third eye opening and just crazy new understanding I didn't have before. Like I said..wild. I'm thankful 🙏

Thanks= this is really something, we just sold our 3500 sq ft house with guest house and large yard and moving into a class A motorhome, which is about 800 sq ft. Thank You for Shining Your Light & Sharing Your Spiritual Perspective- I wish you Well!! You know Sonia, I literally could & can feel a shift taking place!! All of 2019 I proclaimed that 2020 was the decade of Karma, and we are going to witness major transformations & changes in our world. I even created posters about it!! But when we were actually experiencing all the changes, (the positive results of the 2020 election, but the negative reaction from the extreme right, a full blown world covid epidemic and the world coming together to figure out, cooperate & solve the problem, world leaders being overthrown &/or being brought to justice, the Ukraine war, the divisions in our world, and more as we speak) I was amazed!! I just didn't know WHAT was coming, only that KARMA would be playing out!! I was always spiritual & quite intuitive (not psychic or anything like that, but super-sensitive), even as a child, but as I age, I'm learning to listen to my senses, trust & ask for guidance - Refine my E.S.P!! I believe that Good is God, God has no religion, religion has it's place but God is omnipresent - so within us also!! Whenever we choose to rise above, we get closer to the angels, (who protect & guide us). But and when we choose to fall (FREE will gives us that choice) we sink away from Heaven & closer to the demons / hell, making it harder to do / be good, & easier to do/be evil. Accordingly, Karma (The Universal Law) brings back to us, what we deserve. It's only a matter of time, before we actually get to witness the good or the bad that we have contributed, & in turn, attracted back to us!! I have recently broken up with my bf because he became stuck in this negative field, always angry and stressed over work and no matter what I try to do to help him, he didn't want the help, always saying he had to be alone and resolve it himself. Later on i saw a post that said "The universe gives you what you are, not what you want. The people who are not your vibrational match will be removed from your life by the universe, no matter how hard you try. I been sad but I trust the universe only wants the best for me and lam guided to a better path of love and peace. ❤

Woke up today feeling like a born spiritual teacher ready to teach! I feel like I have this urgency to help get everyone get on board with the transition to 5D.❤️
The last couple months felt like rapid transformation. I found my heart open, telling people I love them and all relationships growing. But also so many doors shut on the city I lived in for 20 years, I feel so ungrounded and not myself as these changes happen. I also was doing a 5D meditation every day. And an opportunity came up, I moved to u.s. alone and accepted a dream job. My head is spinning from all the new energy and change. Trying to make sense of it and hope I move into my new self and feel comfortable
Thank you Sonia, I was resting in bed after a long day of work, and I heard ringing in my ears(usually I dismiss it as tinnitus from working in a very loud environment). But this time, I closed my eyes, and held still, and invited my spirit guide to speak with me. I called my kids for a bit, started scrolling and found this video. It was a great message. Life's had me down, face in the mud, sobbing inside for a long while. But lately I've felt a shift inside, and I'm finding strength to get up and work on myself, and I'm beginning to be aware of my spiritual side. I'm still blurry eyed, and feel a bit lost, but this was a good hint in the right direction. So, thanks for the work you do!

Hi Tezza, last time waking up at 3:33 happened to me in a major shift. Or rather I understand it as a warning (since I am a deep sleeper waking up in the middle of the night is very extraordinary for me) that I am on the wrong path when I look at it now. I was in job in a huge company I always dreamed of working for but I wasn't happy, still I would deny that. Things happened that deeply disturbed me (my boss playing psycho games and blocking my success and so on) but I would push through since it was my 'teenage dream' working for this company.
One day the shift came. It came quick and it came impactful. I always have been very 'insightful' to signs my guides would send me but sometimes I am so self-absorbed or strong-willed that I am not this attentive.
But waking up at 3:33 was impactful. Since then it was like in a movie. Signs everywhere and I knew what they meant right away! It took 3 days (3 again) with messages so clear what to do (e. g. I came across with a wall mural saying 'Man cannot set out for new shores unless he has the courage to leave the old ones.' and - and this shocked me: - I lived in house that time with the entrance completely covered in graffiti. The night I came back home after seeing the mural I was walking towards the entrance lost in thoughts and thought' this is not the right house'. Then shock! All the graffittis had been removed at that exact same day! It was like a major sign calling 'tabula rasa', start over. Clean up.
I resigned the next day, but I was so scared and angry, crying in the morning under the shower not knowing what to do and asking for help (it was a twisted situation because before I worked for this company as a freelancer and I expected my boss to maybe block jobs for me because of power issues). That day I met a freelance colleague who is also a friend and told her. She said 'oh I have so many job requests that I can't do them all by myself, you can have them.' And so all my 'problems' solved itself within a day. It was crazy. Later that day or the day after (I can't remember, it's been years ago) I resigned. I cried telling my boss, I just couldn't stop, I was so emotional although I didn't want to show off my feelings.
Since then it has been a ride, I tell ya. 🤠 I moved back to my home town when corona started and started over again in a totally different job where I excelled as well (before that I finished my work as a sales rep with bringing the brand to the top in sales). I started to work for an university as an academic start-up consultant and preparing students for a competition. I made champions twice in a row and for the very first time at all. Then my contract expired. My boss did everything to hold me but it didn't work out so I had to go after only 18 months. Right now I'm in a job shift again. I started to understand what's it all about. Certain lessons or also tasks I have. I accumulated so much knowledge and expertise the last years, built a huge network and good karma. I would always hear from people 'I will pray for you tonight' because I helped them in a way nobody did before. My life is a miracle and I would experience all this crazy 'co-incidences', people giving me something I have been looking for so long or paying for me on a day I was totally broke.
Right now I am in a major job shift again. My right eye keeps twitching for 2 weeks now.
This job rn was very important either because it showed me what I do NOT want. 😉 And I met a new friend, she joined the team 2 months ago. I knew she is one reason why I had to stay in this job just a little longer (I tried to find a new job a few months ago but it didn't work out at that time).
I am so excited for you what will happen to you!
I hope my story can help you to interpret the signs better and to make good choices for yourself.
Just remember: you can always ask for help. Just say a prayer and send all your emotions through it (you know, emotions are the key to the universe) and be grateful. Don't forget to say thank you and wait for your miracle to arrive!

Sonia, I had all kinds of plans today and suddenly tears started like waterworks. I believe I'm feeling Hilary the Hurricane which appears to be zig zapping around my family and friends - I'm on the east coast feeling it.
I've been saying "I love you" non stop as though I'm guided.
Several people are flashing by psychically and I'm keeping them in my heart.
I hv doing doing the recordings for the last couple of weeks. I'll share whatever comes up. What I'm going to do today is follow your guidance and state what I want. When I look around, I feel very blessed. My heart is exploding and still crying. It's rather amazing. My dog is full of love too.
Can't drink alcohol 😢 anymore. My connexion to Source is growing exponentially.
About releasing old self into the light in order to continue becoming: think about it from ego’s perspective & how we attached to ways of thinking…. Because ego is scared to let go and transition back to source, but “parenting” your ego and letting it know about what’s happening and releasing it back to source is a way of thinking from outside of your ego, healing your inner child, and releasing that which no longer serves you (all at the same time) while also validating that maybe it did once serve you and that is a good thing to be grateful for, & it’s okay that it’s time here is done. 💗

I didn't have any information on what was happening but I feel guided anyway. As I go, I do my research and realize this is really happening..and not just to me. It's like living a sci-fi movie.
Now I'm trying to take it slow and make the journey less stressful by taking care of myself and meditation. Body is going through a transformation to get healthier in order to connect and evolve. My third eye opening and just crazy new understanding I didn't have before.

Thanks= this is really something, we just sold our 3500 sq ft house with guest house and large yard and moving into a class A motorhome, which is about 800 sq ft. So talk about down sizing and simplifying , but most of all I have the opportunity to live more closely in/with nature. That is what I am mainly drawn to. I am a Virgo. Be blessed-be well.

You know Sonia, I literally could & can feel a shift taking place!! All of 2019 I proclaimed that 2020 was the decade of Karma, and we are going to witness major transformations & changes in our world. I even created posters about it!! But when we were actually experiencing all the changes, (the positive results of the 2020 election, but the negative reaction from the extreme right, a full blown world covid epidemic and the world coming together to figure out, cooperate & solve the problem, world leaders being overthrown &/or being brought to justice, the Ukraine war, the divisions in our world, and more as we speak) I was amazed!! I just didn't know WHAT was coming, only that KARMA would be playing out!! I was always spiritual & quite intuitive (not psychic or anything like that, but super-sensitive), even as a child, but as I age, I'm learning to listen to my senses, trust & ask for guidance - Refine my E.S.P!!
I believe that Good is God, God has no religion, religion has it's place but God is omnipresent - so within us also!! Whenever we choose to rise above, we get closer to the angels, (who protect & guide us). But and when we choose to fall (FREE will gives us that choice) we sink away from Heaven & closer to the demons / hell, making it harder to do / be good, & easier to do/be evil. Accordingly, Karma (The Universal Law) brings back to us, what we deserve. It's only a matter of time, before we actually get to witness the good or the bad that we have contributed, & in turn, attracted back to us!! So the choice is ours to make, but know that we attract what we choose - Good or Evil.

I have recently broken up with my bf because he became stuck in this negative field, always angry and stressed over work and no matter what I try to do to help him, he didn't want the help, always saying he had to be alone and resolve it himself. Later on i saw a post that said
"The universe gives you what you are, not what you want. The people who are not your vibrational match will be removed from your life by the universe, no matter how hard you try.
I been sad but I trust the universe only wants the best for me and lam guided to a better path of love and peace. ❤

Every time I have a bad thought I totally disavow it and throw it in the cosmic trash can of junk thoughts.

Hi Sonia! So great to discover your channel today. Funny, the past few days I've been rereading TRUST YOUR VIBES. I seem to be getting so much more from it this go round. I recently let go of alcohol (3 months) plus coffee and weed (3 weeks) and have been engaged in a massive decluttering campaign on the home front. It all coincides, and there are no coincidences! Since 8/1 - I’ve left my corporate job making just under six figures as a Systems Analyst - took me 10 years to get all the degrees to qualify me for that level of ‘authority’ 😂 - left and have since gotten my Reiki Practitioner Certification, enrolled in several various masterclasses to learn how to start my own business…am learning to connect daily with my Higher Self and to listen to Myself… this whole process is like falling off a boat in the middle of the ocean… sometimes there’s a Hurricane and it’s crazy… sometimes stifling still and hot and soundless… sometimes dreary… but there’s also a lot of beauty and wonder and amazing experiences and like… woah, did that just happen??? So yeah… birth… you’d think we’d be used to it by now considering how many births we’ve experienced thus far in the Unfolding…

What I struggle with the most is a definite lack of meaningful social interaction. I don't like living in a city and prefer rural settings. But I m more like a hermit and I am driving myself crazy with no friends and not having a loving companion. I feel so out of touch with other people and keep wondering how to meet other like-minded people, and especially having a female companion. That's what I miss the most.
