When I hit my 92nd birthday I knew I wanted to start a new project and decided to create videos, and with that decision I began to see clocks that showed me the time on the hour at 7:00 and 12:00 and 5:00 for weeks, so I knew something was up with my playful spirit guides. I also decided to stop watching the nightly news, which, as a TV director, I worked on for 40 years. But enough was enough. And I have been practicing being grateful and loving... So it was sincronicity that I ran across this video today. Now all I have to do is start drinking more water. 😎

Significance in numbers range widely for me via symbols/poetics. It began in flurries of synchronicity in my late teens yet later distractions I allowed, injury, trauma, toxins lessened my tuned in nature, and although I knew I was spritual and authentic in many ways, those missed inuitions that lead to problems...were of my choices....lol...Need to be healed in a rebirth of sorts. Vision boards that once worked well no longer seemed to. Now lessons come...guides are seen and heard. I am so grateful for guidance, teachers to return to love and presence. Sugar is replaced by water. Worry by mediation again.

And lately, maybe last couple months, there have been some ridiculous synchronicities. Repeating pictures, people, patterns. It’s crazy but fun at the same time.
Also, I know things, things I’m not sure why I know or how I know. The people around me just think I know the answer but I’m sitting here thinking “How did I know that?”. 😂😂

I have been so sensitive to the world lately. It feels like a dark cloud has enveloped earth and there is negative energy everywhere. Unfortunately I feel as though I absorb this energy.
