I am hoping Andy becomes Emma’s coach when he stops playing, what a team that would be.

Doesn't matter what she says, what she does, come to the comments section and get a taste for just how petty and low humanity can get.

he actually loves the game and puts the work in rather than concentrating on endorsements and celeb event to go to like you

I think it is fair to say that whether its been to do with lack of belief in herself or lack of passion for the sport at times, she just played Sloane Stephens and I don't know but she looks more energised, I know, don't speak too soon - But I like the place that Emma seems to be in. I have no doubt that I completely agree with you regarding the endorsements and celeb side but its her life, she can do whatever she wants to do, but I do think that it at times maybe got too much for her.

Sure they are completely different person and player. For andy, pro tennis is his only job since a kid, he is not good temper on off court, play a Spainlish tennis. For Emma, study is always her option until 17yo, she is sweet well spoken welleducated more talented in tennis, humble, she achieved Andy never do , win grand slam as qualifier at 18yo the second grand slam.

This isn't who is a nicer person, a more well rounded individual or who would your prefer to go with a drink with, it is about success in Tennis.
Talent will only take you so far, unless you put the work in, sacrifice and not get distracted you won't reach top tier

Fame, money, attention all distractions, especially when you don't love the game.
She prefers the celeb lifestyle to Tennis
Tennis is a job for her, something she is good at, can make her money and raise her profile.
Hence why she can have good days and bad days, really lack consistency

I have always liked and supported Andy Murray from the moment he appeared on the scene. At his peak, he reached the level of Federer, Nadal, and Djokovic. It is a shame what happened to him with his hip injury. Despite that he has had remarkable career. Post hip surgery, he has given his all to try to make a come back. The fact is that his time has come and gone and it’s time to let go. If he still wants to keep playing, he can do so but without the unfair benefits of receiving wild cards which should go to younger players who are trying to make their mark. He should not be so selfish.

She has 33 singles and 18 doubles matches before her match with Emma this year, why wouldn’t she be fit physically unless you’re talking mentally?
