    Are you going to do another attribute improvement video? I've noticed some players have small improvements through the weeks/months but others have big jumps with no little improvements through the same time frame. I play franchise and usually use A & B prospects instead of veterans.

    Is franchise even fun if you don’t do a draft only approach and only doing trades if the CPU sends them to you? It’s so easy to go out and sign soto every time he’s there or trade for big name players

    I really need to get 23. I'm just playing on a Switch, but the game seems to have done a lot for franchise mode this year. Have enjoyed this series. You have a new sub.

    i had a stretch where i drafted 3 99 pot players in 3 drafts one with the 1st pick one with the 3rd and one with the 6 and then won a ws the next year

    Do a video on which attributes you look for in players, or what makes a good player.

    How does that affect rule 5 draft. is there a workaround you do?

  • @savedantepleasekilldante

    I personally scout ppl in real life and grade them by potential then as the season goes on I ether leave them alone or plus minus them based on real life stats

    I have 2 questions about this approach. #1 you can only have 40 on 40 man roster. Don't other teams clean you out in rule 5 draft? That is just a lot of unprotected prospects with A and B potential. #2 how do you afford it? Tried having nothing but A prospects in past, but as the reds, and low budget. Lost most because I couldn't afford them.

      Most are not eligible for the rule 5 draft. Typically they aren’t eligible until 5 years after they’ve been drafted, so that’s plenty of time to move things around if needed. I’ve never personally run into the budget constraints. I renew their contracts for cheap until they’re not renewable anymore, then sign them to long-term cheap deals before they hit 80+ overall

      @JacobReid ahhhh, didn't realize the rule 5 draft rules. Well hope it works out. Just got home 2 hours ago from work, and restated my franchise using your tips

      @@RepoGuy513 if you pull up the player card and go to the contract page you can see if they’re eligible for the Rule 5!

    Question. I see u have 28 years old and up players I wanted to know at what age would you trade them?

    • @JacobReid
      @JacobReid  Před rokem +1

      I would usually trade players before 30 years old unless they’re helpful to my mlb the team at that time
