My RGU and MCU tests suggest PBNO. BNI suggested with retrograde ejaculation. I have not been given any alternative option. I'm scared as I'm unmarried. Right now, I don not have any post void urine in the bladder and as such I don't have any major issues. It is just that my urine flow is weak. Uroflometry is 7ml/s max flow.
Do you think I should go for surgery?
We can do ejaculation preserving BNI do not worry

@@ankushbhagat9829 No, not yet! It is a big decision that I need to take. I just saw the doc's reply. If they are too sure to do an ejaculation preserving surgery, then I will go for it.

After surgery done outside we can not do much to preserve ejaculation but we are routinely doing ejaculation sparing surgery for prostate and with good results .

I am a patient of BNH (Bladder neck hypertrophy)
Nowadays I am having erection problems. Doctor prescribed me Rapacin (8mg) 1 year ago. When I used to take this medicine I was feel so weak and nervous. Now the problem is getting bigger. After an normal erection I need to urinate immediately and the erection stopped and the penis become so shrinked. What can I do? I am suffering silently.
