I use to work with a guy named Dave, I actually nicknamed him dickhead Dave...cause he's a bit of douche. Surprisingly Dave is an awesome nurse and has been for years, but outside of the hospital he's still his oh so loveable self.

@@Kristina-cf1uo oh it's all definitely a bit... he repeats it in different shows...but I'm sure it occurs when he's rehearsing and it comes out funny so he adds it to his routine. At some point it must have really been an accident. He re-enacts the "oops I f-ked that up" moment really well....very believable. 🤣

What is even funnier is that he could have just make it as an meaningless error, especially when the guy isn't famous and probably very few people would know

I think it was an honest mistake.
Can imagine that he berated himself before and during the show not to say his mates name. When he did his mind seemed to similarly shut down and go into overdrive.
