Thank you for this video! I'm trying to find out where my 02 is leaking and this is great information. I inherited the truck from my dad so it's really important to me to keep it in good shape. :)

Thank you! This was the last leak on my '07. I had issues with the bed drains being plugged and that helped, but after the last rain I got it in the drivers side. Saw your video and went out to look and because of all the pollen lately, I could see exactly where it was crossing over from the one seal into the other and getting onto the floor.

Right on man! Re sealing my bed panels tomorrow and will probably do this while I'm at it! I've had random wetness in my front carpets recently so this may be the problem!

I have a 02 Cadillac Escalade EXT that's been leaking for a while.. My hard bed tonneau covers normally leaks a little ( a few splashes) inside the bed but lately I found a lot of water inside the cab after a down pour ( front & Back ). I didn't notice the water until after I moved the truck and heard it moving around while driving and then I pulled over ( I didn't see the water because I have weather tech floor liners which was dry). When I opened the door water poured out of the truck through the door seal since I was on a incline. My entire cab carpets were drenched. I thought maybe the bed cover got worse and the water drained into the cab. Thanks for the video ....I will definitely start with the door seal.. I hope its not to hard to repair

My 2004 leak is under door panel passenger side. it even blew off my sunroof relay on passenger corner panel. I'm guessing is weather striping. I will also check the issues you talked about ! TY.

Been there, done that and that's not the fix. It will still leak around the doors. It's because the inner door seal no longer has enough tension on the metal frame. Take the seal off, use some pliers or a metal bending tool to bend the metal in the seal back tight and reinstall. Problem solved. The plastic piece over the cowl is a proper fix for the other issue.

I appreciate your feedback but please do not respond on my post with bad Information. I have demonstrated the fix on my video and proven the method I used works. Perhaps YOU did not follows the steps correctly and still experienced leaks. My truck has been leak free since the making of the video. Sorry for your experience.
