If I am a pig who forgets to mention my camera when I turn it on, IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY! A superior officer should then acknowledge this when pointed out and at the very least and indicate that they will talk to the officer who failed in their duty to maintain professional standards. By not doing, they then break standards and in turn require retraining. It's the fucking blind leading the blind with this lot. You almost can't blame them for being so ignorant because it's what they've been taught is the correct way of conducting themselves. The whole lot needs a complete overhaul from the top down.
