Hi Lisa...thank you for introducing me to using paint on fabric. I just got the pan set the larger one, and I'm kind of nervous.you are so talented and so fast. I was mesmerized with your sewing machine thread art. I like to travel by train and bring my art supplies and get my own little car on the train. one suggestion I have for you is start using rubber bands to close your metal cases. since I started using rubber bands on my supplies nothing comes open. it may be part of getting old. I remember my parents used a lot of rubber bands.thanks again for sharing :have fun! Love Marcia in Modesto.

Im confused. Did you spray half with an acrylic medium and half with water to comoare them...and then NoT follow up on that or make any conclusion? Can these work without an aditional medium or not?

According to Helen Golden you should not prewash because the sizing is the magic that keeps it from bleeding when you are painting.

So, just a doubt, to make it permanent on fabric, I need to use the Iron previous to using the washing machine? My husbang gave me this watercolors and I want to paint a T-shirt for my dauther.

  • @encapturedbywiredesignsmar5278

Hi Lisa! What a wonderful and fun video. I have the set of 72 pencils and I love them. Can you tell me how well the paints that are left on the palette rewet? Or do they seriously stain the palette?

I've heard that they do stain the palette......I've left the paint in the mixing section to dry and we'll see. Next week I think I'll do a live and rewet the paint and see :)

Hi Lisa, I purchased the intense pencils with so much zeal . Lol only to be seriously disappointed. Covid n not a drop nor a drip of aloe gel nation wide. I tried desperately with water and 20 different brushes to get control of the paint on fabric. Oy!!! It's in a bag far far away haha but I'm still in this thing. We'll my heart is Anyway I thin thats what counts. So my question lolol did you find you had me color control with the pan paint verses the pencils? Maybe I need a deeper tute on how to. Nothing like something NOT difficult to bruise 🤦‍♀️your artsy pride 🤣🤣
Seriously though I need to conquer this effect as I want to add it to a design element for my creations pretty bad.
    Appreciate you sister God bless

Fabric medium works well and the 900 ac medium that Lisa shows. Actually, aloe will fade over time. It's best to use a fabric medium. Hope you try it again, it's so fun to paint on fabric!
