Здравствуйте. Я из Беларуси, мне очень нравятся ваши видео. Включайте, пожалуйста, текстовый перевод.
I heard you loud and clear. No problem at all!
@@user-oh9mh9rn8v No need to add text. Just need to allow auto captioning I think, Max. Then the people who watch can turn on auto translation.
One of the best explanations on YT i reckon. Good work bud's.
I been Mig & Arc Welding for 15 years constant and just never had to Tig. But with all awesome Tig videos i went bought a Tig and have literally had fews hours practice so im a complete newbie. I'm glad i found your channel and have subscribed.
Good Work 👍
Really good stuff ... Your explanations are very intuitive for me. Some people can do, some people can teach. You can do both, well.
Those are some great pointers Max ,thanks a bunch man! 👌
You are a really good instructor, Max. Excellent video. You learn much more by showing how NOT to do and what happens, than by showing only how to do it well.
Thank you! I feel the same way!
Looking good Max, good quick tips...😎😎
i wish you showed this 4 years ago it would had saved me hrs and ton of gas thanks any way great tip @@ keep it coming
tq. now i understand the concept of put filler. before this i thought that the arc should melt the filler. now i understand that the metal we weld is the thing melt the filler.
You videos are so helpful!
Great video and tips. Fellow Canadian fabricator, but all MIG. Just picked up a PW 225x and learning to TIG. This is a big help, appreciate it man! Keep them coming.....
Great quick tip video for those beginner mistakes that are so easy to make. 🔥👍🏼🔥
Thanks Phil! Hope you're doin good bud!👊
That was a great, to the point video. I’m going to pay a lot more attention to my torch angle. I never understood why my filler would sometimes ball up. Please keep these tips coming, you’re great!
Very useful tips! This saves my time. Thanks for them.
Very nice 👍 thank you
Great video! Mad Skills!
Great tips!
👍
Good demo for the common mistakes. When in doubt, cut, polish and etch I say!
Thats a solid answer bud!
@@5thStreetFab Ever try it on stainless? I use a car battery charger on 2amps and a cotton ball dipped in saltwater. Chemicals wont make the nugget show up. 😉 Try it, it works great!
@@jagboy69 no dude ill have to try that! Thanks! Basically just some electolysis
@@5thStreetFab you got it.
I've got a Lot of MIG n TIG stuff coming up soon (railings for big BBQ area!!) - I really appreciate your videos and Really envy your work :-/ But keep the vids coming!
Thank you! Really appreciate it bud
@@5thStreetFab No worries :-) I just watch your TIGgin in awe. Shame I've no use for Aluminium, mainly mild steel but never the less..... something to aspire to ;-)
I DEFINITELY NEEDED TO SEE THIS VIDEO... THANKS BROTHER!!!! I RECENTLY BOUGHT THE EVERLAST LIGHTNING 275 AND HAVE HAD A BLAST WATCHING ALL OF Y'ALL'S CHANNELS.... DEFINITELY APPRECIATED TO SAY THE LEAST!!
Thanks bud!
@@5thStreetFab Y/W.... I am about to Tig weld some 19 gauge floor pans into my 1971 C-10.... What size GAS LENS, SCFH, and AMPS should I use?? PULSE OR NO?.... I am using a copper spoon as a heat sink,,,,,. Also 2% Lanthanated with a blunt tip....
@@Chad_N_Stacey_Hopson sounds good i usually dont blunt the tip. Pulse should help but its a little harder to find the right amperage with it. I like the biggest cup i can get but you can make it work with really anything if it just move, stop and wait. I like as much of a heat sink as i can find just do cfh double the number of the cup and you should be good.
@@5thStreetFab I Was thinking fupa 12, 20 scfh, and maybe 35-40 amps.... no pulse (and I didn't mean to write blunt, just a less sharp tip)
@@Chad_N_Stacey_Hopson sounds good just make sure you tack every inch or inch and a half
Your vids are great! What were you showing with extreme torch angle in the outro? That even with that extreme angle you can still avoid that problem by holding a tight arc and keeping rod shielded?
I just watched the outro again and looked like it might have been form a totally different camera perspective so torch wasn't really at the extreme as before...
Ya sude the last shot was from a different video showing proper technique but i couldnt find one with the same camera angle
To be honest the arc shot is so dark I can’t really tell what is happening
