    Me and a friend did it in 2011 after I came back from Afghanistan. What fun it was.

    I'm petrified of climbing that far up on a cliff, but your making easy work of it

    I did a climb similar to this last week… I climbed over 12 feet on an extension ladder to change a can light fixture 😂 Sad thing is I bet my anxiety level was twice as bad as yours! Thanks for sharing, y’all are living life as it should be!
    Understatement of the year…. “Not a good time to talk” 😂 translation STFU

    That suspension bridge was to much, at least didn't have some nut case start swaying it when your in the middle. I would have probably had to crawl on all fours across it. They really did some nice work on all the steps and safety cables. Alot of unsnapping and snapping.

      That bridge was a challenge for sure, which is why I went across it alone. They said we could go together but that was just too bouncy for me. Some even sat down on one of the boards, not me... I kept moving, LOL.

    I would love to make the climb/traverse. I'd be terrified and exhilarated. Being 69, pushing 70, I doubt I'd have the stamina, so thank for taking me on your journey of discovery.

    I think that bridge would freak even the most experienced climber.Nothimg solid to grab a hold of and slack in the cow Tails.Looks worse than the Old lady's route at Seneca rocks.Even the pull down rappel off the front side.Seems like a very extensive route.I'd like to do this during my next OTR.

    How much is it to do it guided? Do they provide equipment? Is there a website?

    • @tag_caver
      @tag_caver  Před měsícem +1

      They provide all the necessary equipment. If you are a climber or a caver and have a certified helmet, you can use your own helmet. We used our own and I was able to use my Go Pro. The cost is $150 plus tax. Here is their website, www.nrocks.com/activities/via-ferrata/.

      @@tag_caver is it open or the only way to access it is through a guide?

      Used to the free Ferratas on the Apps... $150 sounds a bit Crazy to my ears 🤐

      @tag_caver  Před měsícem

      @@GooogleGoglee this is guided. It is the only way to do this section. We are cavers, not rock climbers so regardless of cost, it was a cool experience!

    when Jesus walked on earth and he was tired he went into the mountains to pray but did nothing like this which is idleness. When he was not tired he was helping the poor not this nonsense. Well even if you don't want to help the poor why not spend your time going on the campaign trail and help Donald Trump win and take back America versus doing this kind of activity where you could lose your life. After watching this i am more convinced we have a mental health problem in America.

      Yea, I'm pretty convinced as well that PEOPLE are mental and troll for no reason. But here we are 😂
