The Rockies are Being Carried by... PITCHING?!? MLB the Show 24 Draft Only Rockies Franchise E.34

- The Colorado Rockies are stuck in a bad spot. In a division they've never won in their 30 year history and it's not getting any easier. The Dodgers have Shohei and others with an endless payroll, the Diamondbacks just won the NL and have a young team only getting better, and the Padres have major star power themselves.
So it's time to try something completely new to try and overcome these odds: A Draft Only Rebuild.
A staple of the channel, the Draft Only Rebuild challenges us to build the team up using only the Rookie and Rule 5 drafts after we tear down the ENTIRE 40 man roster after the first season.
One major twist added for this year: Trades. I am allowing 3 trades in this series, but only for prospects, and only for one prospect per trade. So we will need to time them right and make sure they hit to ensure we don't waste them.
I am EXTREMELY excited for this project, and if you are too, PLEASE hit the like button on the video and Subscribe to the channel if you haven't already.
Drop any comments about suggestions for the series, I read them all and take all suggestions into consideration.

Finally caught up! I’ve been wondering for a couple episodes now if a lot of these guys timelines were gonna line up and here we are.
It looks like we’re going to get a big crop of guys called up together.
Salas off to a “rocky” start. I see what you did there 😂
This team gives many pun opportunities.
Dorsey looks mlb ready
I agree probably getting a callup this year.
Nothing wrong with taking relievers and Parsons as a get on base, speed DH isn't the worse thing in the world!
Just on the strength of the class alone I don’t think we have a choice in taking a reliever early. There’s not gonna be much in the way of options.
Some of these classes are just awful, and then add a lot/most of the high potential guys being in the 40s and 50s, it makes it hard for every team to develop replacement level players.
We were blessed with some great classes early in the franchise but the law of averages is catching up with us.
It’s happening to me in my Nats franchise as well. I honestly believe it’s since an update. I’m in 2030 and the first few years had some legit dudes… ever since the last few weeks, most classes I’ve seen have been absolute dog shit.
Imo take Howe before any RP/CP. Even if you need bullpen help a good starter will be more valuable and can be transitioned to the bullpen eventually if he struggles starting. And, your scouts rank him 6 so he’ll probably be at the higher end of his ranges!
A draft of…
Position player
Howe
Good RP
as the top 3 would be great, and if you see MLB ranked players available at 40 there’s always a chance Gorzelski falls to 80. But if you have to choose one, go for the starter!
Definitely going to prioritize getting Howe. He’s like our one chance at a good SP in this draft.
If I want a more ratings based experience should I play on all star or hall of fame not for cpu v cpu I use Timing hitting
I'd probably start HOF and go down if needed.
@@fiendfranchise I want it to be attributes based and not skill should I just cpu v cpu it when I wanna jump in to look at players
@@tubby1366 cpu vs cpu will always be the most attribute based but timing hitting does a pretty good job as well. It’s up to you, whichever way you have more fun with.
@@fiendfranchise Hall of Fame I find too hard and all star I find myself getting too many hits
