When I emailed the elite company, they said that this piece was not sold and they could not support it. How did they help you with this issue?
I replaced the bearings. There are two of them. And both bearings had play. But this did not solve the problem completely. There is still play between the shaft and the bearing.

@@Pyotr001 strong adhesives were required for the bearings, they wrote it when I watched the other videos
@ I do not remember the exact name of the bearing. But this is a standard part that is easy to buy. The type of part is indicated on the bearing itself.
Hi... Nice video. Got the same trainer... When i use it the resistance does follow my effort the way my 1st turbo muin did.. I can push 135 in cadence in the biggest gear and only do 200 watts... Do you have Any idea why that is?

If yes, the most probable solution is to change bearings.
In my case the sound comes from the opposite side (where is the liquit with inerce wheel) but i don'tknow to fix it...
I continue to train on this machine. haven't fixed anything yet

@ Thanks. I bent the wheel a bit while removing it from the shaft.
So I glued the bearing to the wheel, but was afraid of gluing it to the shaft.
