    I need a kit for my 2003 FX35. I want to replace the factory amp with highs & mids amp for all the interior speakers and add my (2)15 with 3000 watt mono block amp

    I have a 2005 fx35 that was built on 2/05. Will this harness work for my fx? If so, where can I purchase the harness?

    You should make a video on how to install this. So this setup is specifically for including your speakers into your amp?

    • @owcupgrades6272
      @owcupgrades6272  Před 5 měsíci +1

      That video's coming. But it really is super easy to install. One end of the harness adapter connects to your car's factory harness, and the other end of the adapter connects to your amplifier/dsp equipment. And yes, this setup is specifically for connecting your speakers (plus the preamp signals and remote turn-on) to your new amp.

    • @Az-elite
      @Az-elite Před 5 měsíci +1

      @@owcupgrades6272 it's seems easy and clean. Can't wait to try a harness out. I'm wondering if the platinum harness (w/o or w the factory sub) connection play the factory speakers or you need this setup here?

    • @owcupgrades6272
      @owcupgrades6272  Před 5 měsíci

      @@Az-elite Cool. Yeah, if you want to connect your new amplifier(s) to the factory speakers, then you'd need this type of setup shown in the video. All the harness adapters I make are vehicle specific, so you'd just choose your vehicle, and the rest is history. Easy truly professional upgrade.

    So i have a 2018 q50 and i previously got 2 12 inch subs and the my car makes this humming noise through the regular car speakers and when the system is plugged in i just amplifies is do u kno what that can be ive got new wires and everything is grounded i a video but can’t link it here

      @navarrehowes6733 Před měsícem +1

      Bro check either your ground on amp to make sure it has a good connection, or make sure you've disable active noise control

      Most Definitely Active Noise Control

    Is this harness, pulling signal from the head unit or from post amplifier, i’m just wondering because I tried the low voltage from the head unit through an audio control to the amplifier and it sounded like crap. The signals fade in fade out bass fades in fade out. Even with a differential balanced amplifier, I’ll be playing music with bass and all of a sudden the bass will disappear and then come back really strong and then get weaker again, that’s drawing signal pre-Bose amplifier

    • @owcupgrades6272
      @owcupgrades6272  Před 9 měsíci

      So you spliced into the factory preamp wires, connected that to an audio control LOC, and then ran that to an amplifier?

    • @stopher1971
      @stopher1971 Před 9 měsíci

      @@owcupgrades6272 yes , the super low output from the head unit the wires that are individually wrapped in pairs to an LC2i , to the amp(which has differential balanced inputs) the bass just Kinda comes and goes, now when I run high output, post post, Bose amplifier into the LC. It’s a lot better, but it still seems like the signal is not steady bass wants to hit harder at certain times.

    • @stopher1971
      @stopher1971 Před 9 měsíci

      @@owcupgrades6272 I will add I am not using a mono amplifier I’m either using left and right to each woofer or bridging it to each woofer. It could be that I’m running the subs in stereo, or the amplifier does not sum the signal from both channels, which I guess would be mono

    What would I need for a 2014 qx60

    • @owcupgrades6272
      @owcupgrades6272  Před rokem

      It depends. Does your QX60 have the factory Bose system, with the 12 or 14 speaker system? An easy way to tell is the 14-speaker version will have tweeters installed in the rear doors, near the window buttons. If yours only has the lower rear door speaker, then it's the 12-speaker version. Do you want to replace the factory amp as mentioned in the video? Or something else? Please let me know that and I'd be happy to help you upgrade your QX.

    • @OGBoogie21
      @OGBoogie21 Před rokem +1

      @@owcupgrades6272 ok so it's the 14 speaker version and I just want to add my subs from my Avalon that I had.. I have the lc2i pro with 2 12 mtx terminators that I'm changing into a smaller box to go in that small space in the floor of the rear.. so what do you suggest I do? Or need?

    • @owcupgrades6272
      @owcupgrades6272  Před rokem

      @@OGBoogie21 Ok perfect. You won't need the LC2i Pro with the sub amp adapter. It provides you with CLEAN left/right preamp signals to your new sub amp, plus a remote turn-on wire connection. So I guess you can sell the LC2i Pro :). You can check out the one for your QX60 on site. CZcams won't let me post the link directly, so whenever you're ready you can just check/search for your QX60 and you'll see it. I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    I have a sub and amp installed in my 2005 g35 that i can split the power ground remote line and rca from. I just need an adapter for an 05 g35 coupe that gives me the four 6.5 signals and deletes the 6x9 signal all together.

      Hello. So you want connections to all the speakers except for the 6x9s on the rear shelf, correct? You don't need any of the front/rear left/right preamp signals? Just want to be sure.
