📒 Thai spicy fried chicken salad recipe (Khao Yum Gai Zap)
    Ingredients:
    Fried Chicken
    500g. Boneless chicken thighs
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Sugar
    1/3 tsp Pepper (to taste)
    250g. All purpose flour
    50g. Rice flour
    A little bit of water
    Dressing & Herbs
(***In the video I was showing the ratio of 3 pieces fried chicken so I added a half of the ratio for dressing. If you serve all the fried chicken in one meal, follow the ratio written below)
    3 tbsp Fish sauce
    3 tbsp Lime juice
    1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Chili flakes (or as you want)
1 tbsp Ground toasted rice or ‘Khao Khua’ (How to make is in the video)
    A little bit of everything:
    Red onion or Shallots
    Spring onion
    Cilantro
    Sawtooth-coriander [Optional]
    Enjoy!

Thank you! I never tried with sesame seeds.
It will give a different fragrance from ground toasted rice. But definitely sounds like a great idea to try 😊

my favorite thai dish. it's really hard to find, the one they make at KFC isn't very spicy because they use the powder chili instead of the prik hang.
I guess the thing the market ladies add that you don't must be MSG?

This menu in the market can definitely be more spicy(spicy gooood😋). And yes, some market shops add MSG for umami flavor.
