    Lots of talk about moisture issues, but both of these houses have asphalt shingles on them and the second one with the moisture issues looks like the roof is way overdue to be replaced and possibly a low slope to boot. An ICF home should be complemented with a steel roof of some kind IMO. I enjoy your videos Kody.

    Can you address house wrap details and need to create a water channel for ICF walls - besides the foam that is already on the exterior? You have eluded to it in your videos (Great by the way), but would like more information. Same is true for brick, think brick and stucco on the exterior of ICF - do you recommend created an air-gap or directly applying next to the ICF?
