I think the story that Nova has told about this video is that her manager set up an interview on this podcast and she didn’t realize that they wanted her to perform her latest song until after she got there. The description box on the video explains it. There is a link in the description to a page that has the full podcast interview. When you get to the page, it has the Problem video but under the video is a play button that has podcast. It takes a several minutes until Nova comes on. #NovaRockafeller #HOG

I actually found Novas music before Toms, then they did some weird emo rock stuff together that I really wasn't into. two more from Nova I'd recommend are wishing well and Jesus on my neck

Call Me Batman is another older fun one. I don't think I've listened to a song that Nova hasn't been passionate on she has a way of utilizing her real emotions to push her song even further allowing her emotions to control a little bit of the song is she singing it helps us to feel it. It's not an easy thing to she's a beast and she's my favorite rap artist but she only has a very limited catalog online and in CD I have everything that I can get and once I can't buy I have downloaded on my CZcams premium. She's the same but not the same anymore she's not as self destructive in her newer music she's going to be coming up with new video soon I'm not sure I think she's going to do The Light and she is a spitfire my favorite is Genghis Khan it's real short but very powerful

@@scarce911 for me it's not only the accent but her whole attitude this one and Young and Defiant it never gets enough freaking play because it's not really hers so it's not on her playlist... She's got a couple songs out there people don't know about 😎😎😎😎 and interviews galore and even some video of live old stuff if they're hard to hear person was way back but it was hype.

Two brilliant Nova songs which are very different (soft & somber), but def gives insight about her, are "Runnin' " and "In Between the Stars". "Stars" isn't a music video but is on YT.
As a music producer myself, I find Nova to be an incredibly talented artist with an amazing voice. She's great at video prod, but IMO she's far more talented as singer-song writer. Her label *REALLY* F'd up by not fully backing her. I also love Tom's work, and he too is extremely talented. But in the end I find myself only listening to a few of Tom's songs, and usually only while driving. Nova is one of only a few artists I actually sit and devote time listening to. Often on repeat. I also find myself looking at her work as a source of inspiration for my own.
A third song which is so much fun is "1990's". While I spent the 90's in my 20's, I can still relate to the song. For those of us who lived thru the 90's, both the lyrics and visuals in the video will absolutely bring back memories.
I can't remember if you have reacted to 'Dear Nova' yet. She gets really vulnerable but at the same time gives off a don't mess with me vibe. It's one of her best.

If you look more into this song you'll find that Nova is such a genius she is speaking a different language in it too. But you'd have too look into that. This is truly one of the best songs in generations due to how she killed it on multiple levels from sexy to smart and from flip flops too pulling in the drip drops.

If you haven't heard them, maybe try reacting to the band Nightwish - they are a Symphonic Metal band! Try Storytime live from Wacken (pronounced Vah-ken) 2013! Most reactors start with the song Ghost Love Score from the same concert, but nothing wrong with doing that one second. I'd say go with Storytime first! Hope you enjoy them if you react to them!

It's was 2012 when MTV Unplugged did a short on Nova and saying "Meet feemcee Nova Rockafeller, aka your new lady obsession" also saying "'Problems' will be all over the internet and airways before Taylor Swift finds her next BF, saying tomorrow". Yes MTV acknowledge her back in 2012 as being the next big femcee. At the time this was awesome cause I already knew who Nova was. Yes I use to watch BET, MTV and VH1.

The page the link sends you to has the Problem video but under it is the play button for the podcast. It takes several minutes for the guy to actually get to Nova! BTW Nova is taller than you think. I handed her a Batmobile once and I didn't look at her boots or shoes but I'm 5'9" she hugged me and seemed just as tall, if not taller. But Tom and Nova seem to me to be taller than life so I am not entirely sure.

@SpookySquirrel a little background on this song and Nova there's a lot of schizophrenic style bars in it and she speaks in Jamaican in the beginning of the second verse basically translates to instead of being overtook by the mental health issues she's going to take control of it herself also she spent10+ yrs of her childhood growing up in Jamaica hence why she can speak the language in the first place but like tom she's got Canadian and USA dual citizenship I'm not sure if she's got it for Jamaica as well though or not
