  • @ebikeadventuresinpennsylva4140

    My wife and I got the Explorer and adventurer. Love them both. Her brother and sister in law have the adventurer and Pathfinder. No complaints. Had to top my wife’s brake fluid once. Started a channel earlier this year to show our rides 😀❤️

      Their definitely great value bikes! I love that it comes already unlocked so there is no tinkering to do. Just get on and you already able to use the bikes maximum speed. On throttle only, this is definately the fastest bike I own. my Aventon Level does 29mph but that is with light pedaling + throttle as that one is locked to 20mph on throttle.

    My son's friend has a bike from this company and its a cool little bike. it looks almost like a little red motorcycle and he is always flying around the neighborhood on it. I see him riding it all the time so it must be a fun bike

    • @EricReviews
      @EricReviews  Před rokem +2

      Sounds like its their "Bee Challenger" bike. I've seen reviews on this bike and it indeed does look like a fun little bike, especially with that giant 30AH battery. Hopefully I'll get to do a review on one in the near future!

    love the honesty and nitpicking of small things. thats what we need from reviews and what us regular day to day users will likely notice as well.
    Keep up the good content! I've been with the channel for a while and even if I don't buy 90% of the things you review, its always cool to see and every now and then there's something I actually do end up buying.

    thats definitely a cool looking bike. I agree that 30mph is way more than enough for any ebike. Who needs to go more than 30mph on a bike? If you do then just buy a motorcycle already, stop playing, lol

    • @EricReviews
      @EricReviews  Před rokem +1

      Absolutely agreed. Although I can't complain about going faster. If an eBike wants to let me go 40mph, I'm not going to complain, lol. In the next 5 years, as things like this all get more common and cheaper, I can definitely see myself picking up an electric motorcycle. There are some promising options hitting the market soon

    • @marv2400
      @marv2400 Před rokem +2

      people are crazy. there's people that mod these ebikes to go 50-60mph. That can't be safe with these frames and wheels that are not designed to do that but people will do what they do.

    • @josesantiago7240
      @josesantiago7240 Před rokem +1

      @@marv2400 I've seen those as well. In California, they have those dirt bike looking sur rons with everyone being a fool riding them in the streets. I approve of ebikes and have one myself, but a lot of these people are eventually going to ruin it for the rest of us as many states are already starting to place restrictions and crack down on ebikes. It's unfortunate.

    • @EricReviews
      @EricReviews  Před rokem +1

      @@josesantiago7240 I don't see too many surrons out here in Chicago but I do always see the videos online of them acting like fools. A few states have already started cracking down already so its only a matter of time that regular Class 3 ebikes get mixed up in those restrictions unfortunately.

    I love that its unlocked and gives you raw power straight from the factory. I have a Himiway bike and it is locked to around 24mph. Even if you go in the settings, you still can't bypass it. The only way to get past this is to order a new screen for around $100 which I plan to do soon, but I shouldn't have had to do that on a bike that cost me this much. My wife wants an ebike too now so I may end up picking up the Step Thru version of this one here.
    Thank you and keep up the great reviews!

    • @EricReviews
      @EricReviews  Před rokem

      I hear you. I have a Himiway Escape Pro and although its a great little bike, I also hate that it is locked and not able to use its full 750w power. I too have to buy the additional controller but have just been putting it off and riding it as is for now since I already have a few other bikes that go faster.
      Bee Cool actually just sent me the Step Thru version of this bike after this video started trending so much so I'll actually have that video comparing the two versions in about a week or two. So if you havent already.. subscribe to the channel so you can see when that drops!

    • @EricReviews
      @EricReviews  Před rokem +1

      Perhaps the walk mode is meant for people 7.5ft tall and have a long stride? lol. My aventon level has a walk mode of a chill 2-3mph so I'd assume thats what its supposed to be. A lot of these smaller company bikes are great, but they don't seem to take the time to refine the smaller things.

      @EricReviews  Před rokem

      I'm sorry to hear that! Definitely contact the company if you are still within your warranty. I've had issues with other bikes I've had and usually the companies are pretty good with making things right. I haven't had any issues with my Bee Cool bike yet so I can't comment on their customer service yet.
      What kind of issues is your battery having? Have you inspected the contacts or tried cleaning them? That would be the first place I'd look. Otherwise, definitely check all your connects and cables as well.
      Hopefully its nothing serious and it gets resolved soon!
