The Uni-ball One P is the perfect pocket sized gel pen. Launched in early 2023, it has quickly risen to be one of the most imported Japanese stationery products of the year!
I have this pen and I love it. They also sell this pen in a pack with a slimmer body if you dont want the chunky refillable pen. I use it in my hobonichi weeks. It is quick drying.
does the ink dry fast enough for writing paragraphs? I love gel pens, but so many don't dry fast enough, so when I start a new line, I smudge the last one. the Muji 0.30mm gel pens don't do that, so they've been my go-to for years.
@@adeline.is.sleepy Yes, it dries fast enough in my opinion. I haven't used the Muji 0.30 gel pens, so I would not be able to give a comparison. I used to use the Uniball Signo DX 0.38, and the ink would smudge all the time. I do not recommend that pen for writing paragraphs.
Is it a pen that can't be explained and people gotta experience it for themselves? Judging from the video alone, it looks cute but more of a hype than substance.
I saw this at Kinokuniya, thought it looked adorable, loved the sharp tip, the fact that i could replace the ink when it ran out. I liked that it was small, as it could fit in my pocket, it was $12 - BUT IT WAS WORTH IT, I USE IT EVERYDAY. My friends saw it and asked where I got it too, best pen I have!
It’s funny, I see these everywhere and they’re sooo cute and I usually like Uni pens. But I keep trying these and I don’t like how writing with them feels! Happy for everyone who likes them tho
If youre buying these please note that the Black ink is actually significantly smoother and thicker than dark blue/blue/ other colors. When looking at the refill, the black refill has much thinner walls too, suggesting it probably flows ink better.
I checked Amazon and these are five star rated. Enough to make me step out on my Pilot, and I also used a uniballSigno that wasn’t too bad. Not great, but in the race, not a five star. I might . . . Bite. What could go wrong? It’s a pen, not a vehicle
I didn't know where else to put this since I couldn't find a place to on the official website. I wanted to express my thanks to you! It was only after receiving my order that I realized that the fountain pen I purchased did not use cartridges, but to my surprise, a fountain pen that DOES use cartridges came along with my order! This sort of dedication to customer satisfation doesn't come often considering you absolutely did not need to go the extra step but you did anyway. Thank you so much, Finn!
I actually like the regular pens that have those squishy, gel wraps near the bottom of the pen- it’s a good place to rest my ring finger on or it’ll start to hurt if it’s resting on a hard surface
In my mind if the pen is disposable and unrefillable this is justified comment, but apparently you can buy refills so i think it might pay for itself eventually
Why? Because TikTok stationary videos found it to be different than other pens to talk about it only. Honestly this shouldn't be top gel pen because there are better options than this. I think due to different shape and color scheme people used on their videos to match the vibe hence it got popular.
@@hilmyakatsuki1665 ok but some people base their favorite pen heavily on how it looks/feels while writing, so it makes sense that the color is important. Idk you seem so defensive about these pens, it's weird
is it oil based ink? i looove using water based highlighters but i hate the smudges, and this pen looks super nice so if it’s smudge proof.. im buying them all
I hold the Guinness world record for "most money donated to a world record book company in exchange for arbitrary record by a living person with my exact first and last name and born on my exact birthday". I was shocked the record was available when I called Guinness. Had initially asked for "most obvious marketing ploy" but this pen company had already beat me to it.
idk man, i think it depends. It looks like a nice pen, but well, it's a pen and it's hard to fuck things up when you're making a pen XD I'm an artist and I've had all kinds of pens with prices ranging from $1 to $20, overall I've always preferred the slightly more expensive gel pens like $6 or $8 gel pens for my artworks, but you can absolutely make wonderful stuff with $1 pens too, as well as with a $20 pen if you can and if you want
It’s like $12 per pen online . Pens are free at any hotel room. Just pick up one and write . What’s written is important. No one will care what pen it was .

I can write very comfortably with thin pens

Are they erasable?
How is it in terms of smearing for the lefties out here??

Yes
