The most famous place to spot celebrities is in Los Angeles California

You'd have a better chance of spotting celebs in Montecido, Santa Barbara or Calabasas than Hollywood blvd. You may bump into some Lakers and NHL players in the South Bay Beach cities of Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan Beach.
