I've soloed Uber Lilith but there's zero fun in it and even with the addition in Season 4 of a Resplendent Spark, so little reward, I can't see myself ever wanting to do it again.
Just ask in the trade chat for help. I do Lilith kill daily and lot of people can help you with it as well. Or you can try solo it's doable on every class. You need just to be lvl 100 and have decent build plus geared properly, then you need to know the mechanics and learn to deal with them. There are good videos on youtube with all the mechanics explained and how to counter them. I did kill her myself on each class, but on some it's easier (barb). Pro tip you need at least max/close to max movement speed on boots or boots with some movement speed + other item with movement speed. It's very needed in the second phase to be fast enough to not get easily overrun with shots pursuing you.
You can fight Uber Lilith whenever you get to World Tier 4. But if you want to fight her solo, it's best to be maxed out level. If you need, I can carry you to World Tier 4 and beat Uber Lilith.
