I've released an updated build guide with better mana regeneration and damage. If you're using the Andariel's Visage Uber Unique helmet, it's best to use the Starlight legendary aspect. This will help you regain more mana, allowing you to switch your weapon affix for more damage without needing mana regeneration. I've also updated the build layout in the D4 build planner. If using andariel you must have extra armor on amulet which wastes offense, or you need a really good boot armor roll....if not you will likely be under the armor cap unless you remove offense on the paragon. I suppose it would work better with the extra paragon renown, but meh, who wants to do that?
Also I followed your paragon board exactly and I see you hit all the numbers needed for bonuses but I am nowhere near , followed your aspects and everything
Question: Does ressource cost reduction help with the mana cost of Axial conduit? I am referring to the 6 mana it drains per each active chain lightning when it returns to you? Can it spend like 5,3 mana instead? or will it be 6 or will it only round it to nearest integer (5)? I am wondering is that mana cost reduction worth it? Is it all about mana regeneration?
Starlight Aspect (new) basically solves all mana problems. I have 0 gear slots with +mana/second and I never run out of mana. Life per hit/second helps feed Starlight & it is insanely OP right now’s
I have no ubers but have the axion pants at level 100 I can run level 70 pits, nightmare dungeons and level 6 hoardes but...I cannot kill bosses!! Even pit 45's, I chip off slow amounts then get one shorted it's, so frustrating, I breeze through these difficult levels just to be stopped dead by the 'simpkee' bosses. I have followed this build on all skills. What am I doing wrong???
Playing chain lightning. That’s where you made the mistake. Go and search “raxxanterax zero to hero lightning spear and WATCH THE WHOLE VIDEO. your welcome. It’s much better than chain lightning
Okay I have a question. I see a lot of chain lightning builds that only have chain lightning without lightning spear and they have ice blades instead on the skill bar. Is it better to have ice blades or lightning spear and what's the difference?
Depends on style but I love spear and prefer it over blades. Starlight solves the mana problem so well that conjugations aren’t needed, just helpful. I left flameshield off my skill bar and do both. The life per second that feeds Star Ligjt aspect is a 2 for 1. Hard to die & mana always filling. It’s defintely going to be nerfed
If you can get your ultimate cooldown maxed out with lucky hit chances you’ll always have a conjugation going. I chose to use spear as a cast skill and ice blades as a enchant to keep more stacks up
@@bwing411 I have flameshield on my skill bar. It’s useful when you really need an immediate immunity. I might mess around with having blades and spear both as skills and do away with flame shield
@@Buzzkill44414 I tried flame-shield today, no blades on skill bar but still enchanted. I liked it more. Survive way more, if I see a 1 shot coming between barriers I flame up

If you have Andy’s , there’s an essence that gives you mana when you heal. And with life on hit you always have mana as long as your hitting enimies

Use starlight on your amulet and you will never be in mana issues
Couldn't agree move. That and Andy's and you'll be mana capped constantly.
You're right! I switched the layout, and it works much better with Starlight and Andariel's Visage.

I can’t kill bosses. Takes forever. I barely finish t6. And any pit after 69 is a slog when I get to the boss
Me too, it's ridiculous how difficult even easier bosses are. Makes me just want to give up on this character.
This build struggles leveling, guess gotta be patient with it. Until you get the unique pieces it's painful to play

Guessing this starlight aspect is only in the new season? Simply don’t have the time to make a new character.
