    In this video I show you 2 ways to make beef stew-Healthy and Regular. The regular way uses oil to fry the beef to get it caramelized and the healthy way you only use water. Both taste and look the same. The healthy version saves you time and avoids oil splatters when browning the meat.

      I agree with you aunty, I like the boiled one because that's how my mom makes it too, but the house smells better when you brown it lol

      I think this is a great recipe! But if I have a lot of time I would brown it, but if I’m in a rush this is perfect 😀

    I haven't made beef stew in a while since beef prices are so high! When I do, I'll try adding cabbage! That is new to me!

      Mom always added cabbage and it takes on the taste of all the sauce and meat.

    l love beef stew thats my comfort food. i like how u put in cabbage n green bell peppers i also put in tomato paste in my stew it gives it a more hearty taste. but i like the idea leave the oil n flour out more healthy that way. thanks for your video leonora take care

      Probably not. Probiotics are live organisms. Yogurt is probiotic because it has enough live and active cultures.

      You really can't believe it. I now try a lot of recipes with minimum oil and frying and it tastes good and is healthy.
