Beef with green pepper ( pepper steak )青椒牛肉

Beef and green pepper AKA pepper steak . Very famous Chinese dish . In this video I’ll make it easier to cook restaurant style food at home 😃
Bell pepper 1 1/2 pieces
Yellow onion. 1/2 piece
3 clove garlic
Beef 400 g
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp msg or chicken base
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp white pepper powered
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/2 shot cooking wine
You will need 2 tbsp corn starch mix with water !
