I just found your channel and am so glad I did! I can't wait to try some of your stir frys! I have a question. What can I substitute for the oyster sauce? I am allergic to seafood and therefore I have never used it. Thank you❣
You could use soy sauce as substitute, but less than 1:1 ratio, because the soy sauce is a little saltier than oyster sauce, and oyster sauce is a little sweeter than soy sauce. And add a bit of sugar.

Yes you can I do it all the time and I use rice vinegar if I don’t have rice, wine, teriyaki sauce for the oyster sauce if I don’t have it sesame seed oil, garlic oil sometimes when I don’t have something, I substitute it and it still come out good but you can use flour for cornstarch

I don't like bell peppers at all. I can't even tolerate the smell of them. I hate not liking them because they add so much colour to a dish. However, that looked absolutely delicious! I will definitely be trying this dish, but adding different vegetables instead of the bell peppers.
