    i have a question
    when i go for print any document in microsoft office 2010 in word in any document the i have to face a problem.
    whenever i print any document then th epage boarder be cut at bottom how can i fix this problem

    I have an envy 5014 printer..on the setting page it says driver is unavailable so I tried to let windows search for them.. said could not install them.. any ideas?

    sooo... my HP All-In-One PC & HP printer Envy 6055e have been successfully connected before.... HOWEVER, I recently moved and had to get a new router, which means new WiFi & password.
    My question is: how do I get my printer to reconnect to my PC & WiFi for wireless printing again?
    I've tried to reset the WiFi connection on the printer, but it stays stuck on the purple light, meaning it is still searching for my WPS router connection.
    please HELP!

      This document explains how to reconnect a previously installed wireless printer to the network if you changed your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or purchased a new router. When you change network settings such as the network name and password, you must also reconfigure the printer for those new settings: splr.io/6057YEOLD

    Recently there was error printing on my HP deskjet 1050 J410 Series Printer. I tried trouble shooting and other many options but the problem was not solved. Status was showing "Not Connected" even after I checked and connected properly. So I thought of re-installing the printer and I removed this default printer and now I cant find my Printer on Add Device and Printers. Help!

      @@HPSupport Thanks for your quick response It's a Photosmart C4238, connected using a USB cable to my laptop that is running Windows 10 operating system. I receive no error whatsoever, I plug it in using USB, it makes the famous sound that something is plugged in, when I check the device manager, it's marked as Unknown device with a yellow flag. I tried Windows update and it didn't help. In "control panel" under "devices and printers" menu, it shows as c4200 series, but not working. By the way, I just want to use the scanner function since the printer has no cartridges.
