Yeah smart idea. But do not forget to cover the lathe with cloths, so that not one grain of the anvil paper, that falls of during sanding, can get in the metal bed sliders or other places. That will ruin the metalparts of the machine.

This is probably my favorite right now . I dont drink coffee but the cup part before adding the stem part would make a nice tea cup . All steps were fantastic . That wood is beautiful. Nice Work SM.

My brother was a goldsmith and it never ceases to amaze me the amount of tools that you need but only very occasionaly. He has gone and his tools and lovely workbench were discarded, such a pity. Lovely work thank you.

@@SilverMeister Thank you very much, it is a recent loss. As we are highland Scottish he made Celtic jewellery, all hand cut and engraved. He hated the factory molded versions. My mother and I have pieces made by him. He wasn't a computer user but he would have loved your channel, thanks again, god bless.
