China is just a brutal cold hard Nation overpopulated under educated over policed over governed China is a good example of a failed government and a failed society the only good thing they ever really did was Tiananmen Square. Orwell comes to mind often here "Don't let it happen it's up to you". The world can count itself well warned with China as an example of how not to function. You can run a Diesel engine off it with better fuel efficiency and cleaner exhaust that petroleum based fuels! Per gallon it would have netted them way more cash selling it as Fuel than Cooking Oil!

I’m not excusing the bad things America does, but the whole point is to do better, to always keep trying to do better in everything.
I always look at the labels and see if something is made in China . If so, I try to find a similar item made somewhere else , or I just do without .
Maybe we should all do this. Make China and the American sell outs have less profits.
It’s not just food, it’s things like Tylenol, vital drugs, parts for our electrical grid, military items…all made in China! China could easily cripple the US by refusing to ship thos items . And we would be scrambling to get alternative manufacturing set up somewhere else.
I think it should be illegal for certain ( vital) items to be manufactured outside the US.

@@firedup692 Nope. The criminals were not brought to justice.
All the whistleblowers were punished,to get them to shut up.
Only 2 decades passed before 2 SCAPEGOATS were offered up,but these men did NOT act alone. They were aided and abetted by the same officials who passed sentence on them.
The babymilk DELIBERATE contamination, was preceded by the petfood scandal by 12 YEARS,both were melamine.
The chinese govt.was WELL AWARE why their GRAIN,WHEAT,RICE, CONFECTIONERY,DAIRY products were banned.
They couldn't export their counterfeit and contaminated produce.
Even during the burmese flooding when the W.H.O.was desperate for food supplies they ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to lift the embargo on what the chinese were trying to pollute the world with.
Think twice before eating any foodstuff that was PROCESSED outside of your own home country.
2 british nationals were prosecuted in Switzerland for passing off chinese garlic as swiss to export it to the rest of the world.(bleached and grown using pesticides and fertilizers BANNED by the W.H.O.same as the rest of their produce at that time)
In Australia there were death threats against inspectors who were responsible for stopping chinese honey being sold to the usa and the eu by similarly claiming it was Australian.
Fyi.if you genuinely want honey, get it from a beekeeper whom you know PERSONALLY.
Supermarkets sell 'honey' which is 'blended'.Invariably it is mixed with sugar and water,so its pollen content is seriously diluted.
ergo it should be labelled as "SYRUP,beware MIGHT contain honey".
Fyi.2 the source of all the above info....newscientist....and the financial times.....and the chinese govt.itself.
A more worrying aspect of this is the fact that the uk.govt, having seen how corrupt the chinese govt.CONDONES a complete disregard for public health still presumes that they can be trusted to build several NUCLEAR REACTORs here on our soil.

Quit eating it so long ago I grew up eating mostly vegetables and when I did eat meat my dad raised his own so that what I was use to eating he told us about eating chickens and other being raised with steroids he didn't no the name of what was being put I. Meat he knew whatever was going into the meat wasn't good for you he said whatever it was it wad t good for us to eat. He raised everything we ate except flour salt and sugar and if push came to shove we would've just done without that stuff. So yes I'm very aware of what's going on That's why I don't eat meat. The melamine contaminated milk went around twice. First time caught in the baby formula production, much was recalled, impounded, and sent to be destroyed. One of the places, someone owed someone and resold a bunch of it. It went into making a popular milk based candy amongst other things and a whole bunch of those products had to be recalled, that time the stuff was destroyed. That’s why two were executed. One from the first pass, and the guy that did the selling of the contaminated milk the second time. To boost protein test results in grain, and milk, melamine reads as protein
