I worked in a neuroscience lab for a while in university and one time the doctor showed me the lobster muscle he was dissecting under a microscope. It was packed with millions of parasite worms. He said, that's why you should cook your seafood well. I've never forgotten that image.
Probably why the Bible warns us not to eat anything with shells, or any creatures that live on the sea floor.
@@angelg2638 Yeah, the forbidden foods are food which spoils easily or can cause severe illness. How to prevent people from eating such foods? Include them in the local religion as banned.
@@angelg2638 But Jesus said no food in unclean by itself. So many bible verses that contradicts each other. There are also verses about how to treat slaves.

@@Luna-wg6ic Religions are slowly becoming outdated and proven completely false. The bible has been rewritten so many times, the original one would have a lot less information within it, and science has progressed a lot since then so people added a few verses or recorded them throughout the ages. Martin Luther rewrote the bible from Latin to German which was the first Bible that wasn't in Latin. The translation into modern languages probably isn't close to the original.

Well, this did change my mind about sushi (which I love) and eggs (which I used to drink raw). But the danger of slicing bagels does not belong here! It has nothing to do with the product. Kitchen accidents happen every day -- cuts, burns, whatever -- it's just common sense to be more careful!
You freeze them over 7 days....if insist in raw.
It didn’t change my mind, I’m still not eating raw fish.
I have been eating raw fish for over 40 years absolutely no problem whatsoever. Are you really gonna give in to the fear mongers? You know this video was brought to you by the World Economic Forum who wants you to stop eating meat. Because they want you to wither away and die by stopping you from eating the most nutrient dense food on the planet...... And like sun you said. All you have to do is freeze the fish and most sushi has been frozen before it got to the sushi bar. The only time you'd have to worry about that is when you're buying fresh fish out of the fish market and trying to make sushi directly from it. Do a little research instead of just listening to a stupid CZcams video and taking what they say at face value. You'll thank yourself
Most of the above foods made me ..I just didn't know why ..Now I know and glad I stopped sooner😊😊Thanks for the info .
@@user-fk8wm4gm8v Morons from murica, nothing more. Everything in this shithole is processed and unhealthy. Beef tartare, sushi, mayonnaise, all those things are completely fine in most parts of the world except burgerland and India, because of the quality of ingredients.
After watching this I was tempted to only consume water, sit in the sun and pray for photosynthesis until I realized you no doubt have something to say about water quality, sun exposure and the affects sitting has on the body. Note to self never invite this guy to a dinner party.

This was very depressing for us that try very hard to eat healthy.😢 Noow can you please do a video on what foods are safe to eat? It will probably be a very short video.
It kinda is especially when you realize you'll have to cut out Pizza from your life because it may have a potential risk of death.

"you are what you eat"
well this explains why society is so TOXIC xD

Many a true word is said in jest.
Ha!
Caedwyn said the unspoken truth.
ok that was funny lol
Well, hell. This explains some of my health problems and tells me I definitely need to reconsider, again, what I eat every day. Too much of what I eat on a regular basis is on your list. I quit booze by the time I entered my 30's 45 years ago, but now drink a lot of soft drinks and fruit juice. It looks like that will have to change too. I've had Congestive Heart Disease since 2002 and Type 2 Diabetes since 2010. In 2013 my heart Dr told me he did not expect me to see 2018. So what he was telling me was that he did not expect me to live 5 more years. I cut back on most of the stuff he said was killing me but from what you just told me, I still need to change even more eating habits.
The man is controller of his own body
before that he was only a possibility.
He could have existed in every kind of possibility (In infinite world, he could have either be in David's body, or other's body, but he is there)
if the controller is depressed, then it should ask himself ("What's there before I came, and as this world came?")
the subconscious is the one who sustains the body in every kind of way, and shows how the world like by its feeling state (and requires fats and B vitamins to work properly) and is the holder of the blitzing thoughts. And there is no body which isn't having any observer in it (Or example YOU, Truth is given to serene!)
The other people are different brains, and the spiritual books are only a reminder
Inviting to Undefinable, The Originator of Possibilities or The Answerer
Brain produces trillions of things in perfect order, perfectly knowing his body and having DNA that improves and doesn't collapse (This type of world is insanely hard to stabilize, and how did it happen? the Undefinable caused its existence)
and a soul that is aware of its moves and eye pixels, that listens to the brain and controls things and chooses by quantum rules (Matter's logic in this world, its not so random, All in Existence! When You become Serene (hear brainwaves and see eye pixels), you will understand what's truly Indefinable, Manual, and not automatic!)
but how could no rules create rules?
and then put even more rules (which are limited and automatic)
and make from it compact creation
and the rules work perfectly, atoms connect perfectly, things get compact and perfectly smart enough with an observer in it
but the man today is malnourished
lacking vitamin D3, Vitamins B group (from B1 to Nitrilosides) and lacking iodine, and vitamin k2
And is fed with seed oils and synthetic creations, and sugar
Good examples are in everything natural, and wheatgrass, and fruit seeds (one is rich in everything, and another one has nitrilosides (Cyanide, Benzaldehyde, Glucose) and cells that break down them into good things)
Each area feels differently
The universe is not only 4 dimensional (transparent energy)
have you seen animals who can contact with man?
have you tried asking The Answerer (as is the information in subconscious, and as Existence is!) to give you a way to glorify Lord of Existence!
then actually doing it? And feeling how does it go?
Humble is the man which no things affect him in any bad way (And he still is the conscious-clear controller of his body)
And the life can be mastered, and from everything dual alike was made! (Matter's way Automatic-Manual to Spectator)
Observer is sent to this life (man's body) for his own achievements and experiences, and his body will resurrect, as Matter has shape memory! And you still count by Eternal Existence!
Drink water with lemon, decaffeinated iced tea, homemade lemonade. Tasty and healthier. Also kind to the budget.
You can make your own juice and water it down.

Yep just gotta either be miserable and live long or be happy and live short.
I had a friend who LOVED sushi. She simply could not be convinced that there were any health hazards. Well, she died from parasites that infected her brain. She was only in her forties.

Coming from a mexican family, we have always left the rice out after cooking. The rice fact kinda blew me away because we have not gotten sick or anything. Pretty mind blowing for me.
we used to do that too with rice, but after there's this thing called rice cooker which make it warm for some days. it doesnt matter anymore.

Thank you for your video. Years ago in the 1950 and 60's when I was 9 years old through my teen s, my grandmother and great aunt warned me about most of the foods you have mentioned. They also never used food additives and extra preservatives. My meals were home cooked. To this day, in my mid seventies I bring my breakfast and lunch to work. I am very particular where I dine out. Again thank you for your very informative video.
I remember Watching that Morgan Spurlock doc, Supersize Me.. where he only ate McDonalds for an entire month.. and he went from a normal happy positive healthy average man, n became Incredibly depressed, overweight stressed struggled to breath just walking up a couple stairs, etc. It’s pretty obvious he would sustain bad side effects, but the severe depression & unhappiness kinda surprised me!
Pretty fraudulent documentary. Many others have tried it and failed to replicate it. What wasn't mentioned in the documentary was that Spurlock was an extreme alcoholic at the time, the liver problems he developed were likely caused by the alcohol.
Ok. I believe it's real that what one eats can & does affect our moods like food can also make one healthy or sick.
I was surprised when he said that the cause of the effects to the brain are unknown. Sounds like someone's trying to cover up the cause.
Fast food as well as ALL PROCESSED foods/beverages contain preservatives and ingredients that contain a synthetic hormone that mimics natural estrogen called xenoestrogens. Xenoestrogens have been linked to cause cancer, autoimmune diseases, hormone imbalances, nutrition deficiencies, eventual DNA mutations, etc. They're found in almost everything we come into contact with on a daily basis and eliminating exposure to Xenoestrogens would be extremely difficult to do (even though it's one of the key steps in refortifying yourself) Prior to the use of Xenoestrogens in ingredients in everything from food to plastic containers (even food grade) and more men's active Testosterone levels didn't drop as they got older. A proper nutrition is the best only true solution to all ailments. Sadly doctors aren't taught about the importance of nutrition during their 10+ years (unless you're studying to be a nutritionist). All of the info mentioned relating to Xenoestrogens was found in multiple research studies over the last 60 years (since plastic was created). Do your own research if you don't believe me.
I think my issue with supersize me is the fact that the dude was eating super size for three meals a day, and then tries to paint it off as McDonald's being horrible for you, which I understand that McDonald's isn't good for you, but no shit you're going to have issues if you're eating it 3 meals a day extras sized, I think what people don't understand is moderation, moderation, like I believe you can eat bad stuff but you got to know when to stop, I also don't think any normal person eats that much at McDonald's much less that much 3 times a day
He was a vegan that started eating meat and only fast food to boot.Of course he almost died.

Informative & hilarious to watch your video - cleverly put together! When I was a child, maybe 7 to 10 years old, growing up in Mexico, my family and I would go to our nearest port and find muscles when the tide went down. I remember the adults would separate the shells open, squeeze lemon, and drops of salsa, and simply suck the animal off the shell, chew some, and be contentedly satisfied. I never did such thing on my own. Gives me the creeps just to think about about it. Thank You!!!
I think the whole problem is we focus on the name of the food rather than the quality of the food. A farm chicken which was fed organic corn, oats, grass, worms and gravel from the ground is much healthier than soy beans from mutated seeds sprayed with chemical fertilizer and poisonous pesticides. But the doctor only tells you "hey you need to cut down on your meat consumption". And even modern day gurus of veganism foolishly tell you "meat is bad for you". Medicine isn't the public's guide, but the advertiser's right hand. We need to think essentially and not superficially.

Sashimi , raw fish in Japan is always eaten with a green Shiso leaf. It’s kind of like a fresh mint leaf. It’s an anti parasitic. Wasabi is used in sushi because it’s an anti parasitic. That is why those two items are very important when eating raw fish. You have probably eaten, ingested millions of parasites and did not know it. Cooked meats just means cooked parasites.
not always eaten with sashimi some japanese people like me dont eat it with shiso ^^
@@Renniiey I was referring to how it is served in Japan so as not to cause problems with parasites. Not commenting on personal preferences. I think many people do not know why those two items are included, it’s been lost to time like so many ingredients. It’s amazing what people in the past new that we have forgotten. If more people knew why those ingredients are included they would eat those two items in order to prevent parasitic infections.
Some is smoked though which is better than raw.

Yes. Very Helpful, thank you for information you give about dangerous foods.
As a Jamaican, we all learn this as kids so if you go to a restaurant or get cooked food from a Jamaican with ackee in it , it's safe to eat.
I’ve stopped any farmed seafood and fish for years inadvertently. I developed an highly allergic reaction that rejects all of it. I can only eat wild caught which makes it difficult going out to eat. Most often servers don’t know the difference and have to get assistance. The restaurants I’ve visited (even expensive ones) serve mostly all farmed. Hence, I prepare food from home most of the time.
Same thing happened to me!!
Most places won't serve wild caught bc it's expensive. Best is to buy and prepare yourself.
Yes dwheele,I only eat wild caught salmon I heard about these farm raised fish is not good)
My skin test showed that I’m allergic to most fish, including tuna, salmon, trout, catfish, and most shellfish. Yet, I’ve had fish and shellfish my entire life that my reactions are mild, just a runny nose.
Sorry about your food sensitivity but I'm having a hard time with the explanation. Wild caught fish have more toxins because they are in nature and we won't stop polluting our oceans, so farmed fish would be better since the habitats are controlled and maintained. I don't understand how someone could tell the difference between the two unless you can taste the toxins in the fish? If people are so worried about the difference you know you can always go buy a pole and go fishing catch your own dinner like I used to.
Thank you Sooo much 😍very informative .
God bless you. More.
As a certified rice bucket from my childhood, the rice bacteria stuff surprised me the most.
Right! There was a news report recently (within the last few years, guessing) about an entire family in either Japan, Hong Kong, or China that died from it. Wish I could find one of the articles, but searches have proved too vague so far (perhaps you'll have better luck). They prepared a noodle dish in a certain high risk way, then packed away quantities of it in the freezer, like a ticking time bomb just waiting for them there for a couple months. Then just like any other day, they pulled out some for dinner one day and that was it for all of them. Incredibly sad.
You can always make your own rice using cauliflower. Just break the cauliflower into florets the throw into a food processor. So easy and better for you.
in Portugal they make a liquor with bitter almonds which is called "Amendoa Amarga" which literally means bitter almond, it is very popular and served generally with a few ice cubes and a good dash of lemon juice, outstanding,drink...
Looks like I'll just settle in consuming water for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack😭🤧
Have you ever seen a list of all of the chemicals in water ( bottled included )? I grew up drinking water from the cesspool of the US, New Orleans tap water. :) I have seen a list from the 70’s. For the last 7 years I've been taking "Amygdalin" (contains Cyanide) from crushed Apricot seeds, 500 Mg two or three times a day and instead of dying my brother (83 y/o) and I have gotten rid of prostate cancer. We got rid of cancer in the first 6 months, but I keep taking Amygdalin as a health maintenance. At age 65 I don't have any health problems; it's said that the Amygdalin side effects are: regulates your blood pressure, gets rid of bad cholesterol and may increase your appetite, even though some people get upset stomach (not me). The only way that the cyanide molecule contained in Amygdalin can be opened (activated) is by a cancerous cell which will die at that moment otherwise it (cyanide) goes through your system as water does. I even challenged my doctor with this info when he tried to show me in "Web Med" in his office that I was taking poison; I told him that it was "misinformation" since my brother & I were very much alive, that false info was to scare people so that they increase the profits from the real poison which is chemo.

Sushi has always been a turn-off for me, the consistency is gross. I bought some fish at a (well-lit) grocery, and when I removed it from the (dark) fridge, observed several long thin worms rapidly retreating back into the fish. I don’t eat anything that isn’t cooked!

@@talulatree5297
Hi! Yes, I used to have several snakes! The one in my profile pic is Mickey, a Macklot’s Python (from Indonesia). He was 10’ long, and we had a very strong bond. You can’t tell in the pic, but he was wrapped around my waist, with his tail wrapped around my thigh. He was also smart! While he’d hang with me for hours, when I was on the computer he’d sometimes use his nose to pry open the bottom desk drawer, then slither inside for a nap. Then he’d climb out and climb up my leg, then wrap around my waist again! I dearly loved him, and when he died it hit me hard.
I also had several ball pythons; one was a female who laid eggs one evening! I was so excited I squealed, lol. I love Ball Pythons, they’re so very cuddly.
I also kept and bred corn snakes. I’ve lost count of how many I’ve had over the years! Currently I have only 1, a creamsicle female named Seshat.
I’ve also kept king snakes, eastern hognoses, northern pines, a gopher snake, an indigo snake, Madagascan hognose (rear-fang), a false water cobra (another back-fang slightly venomous), Savu Python, D’Alberts python, milk snakes, and a Mexican Long-nose. I think that’s all, lol!
What kind of python did you have?
@cyn37211 oh my gosh at the snakes you've raised!! Wow! Mine was Burmese. 9'. Very smart as well. He would wrap around me and I would walk around the yard watering plants. He knew when I would come home from work. He liked to lay on the warm hood of my car. He would lay on me while I watched TV. Really a great experience back then. Now, it's funny, skinny, little noodle snakes are scary to me. It's very strange. Then again, I used to body surf the waves at the beach, now I don't go out if they're over 3'. I've turned into a big chicken.😆 Now, I have a nice fish Aquarium, oh! I did find a nole lizard couple weeks ago! He was so bright green, I thought at first he was a baby iguana, but he wouldn't eat veges. I guess he fell out of a tree when it got a bit chilly. They do that.

As someone who survived severe salmonella and had to be hospitalized for 2.5 weeks for it, I second this statement. COOK YOUR EGGS!!!!! (And meat and vegetables) And always check them before cooking to determine they haven't spoiled. Do not eat them if there is even a chance they've been contaminated, or if they've gone bad!
It's not ALL bad eggs that contain salmonella. Salmonella is a contaminant, it doesn't exist naturally in raw foods. Just saying, let's stop the absolute panic around consuming small quantities of raw eggs or accidentally eating a turned egg. Yes, cook your eggs, but you're not guaranteed salmonella if you don't.
@@transienthorror I know that. But trust me, it's better to be safe than sorry. I'm sure mine was an extreme case that most people won't have to deal with if they get it, but I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I was dehydrated so badly from my sickness that I nearly had to go on dialysis because my kidneys almost died. And I got sick from the medication that they gave me to kill the bacteria. I'd honestly rather be over cautious than experience that ever again.
I know, not all bad eggs contain salmonella, but any bad egg might. And that's all you need.
@@maryandramiller3376 No, NOT all bad eggs might, if they simply go bad sitting in your fridge, they will not magically get salmonella. They will turn your tummy, but you will not get salmonella. No need to incite panic, when the reality of salmonella is scary enough.
@@transienthorror Please note that I did NOT say that ALL bad eggs have it. I said ANY bad egg might have it (or any non-spoiled egg might, for that matter). It isn't easy for us to know every single time whether our eggs are contaminated with it or not. It's just always better to be careful and thorough when we cook our eggs, meats, veggies, etc. Proper cooking and sanitation practices are key any time we cook anything, period. As someone who's lived through a severe case of salmonella, I know how scary it is. It was hands down the sickest I've ever been in my entire life. I am NOT trying to incite panic. I am just saying it is better to be safe than sorry, based on my personal experience. Being careful can help to avoid any need for panic at all.

Unless you add a lot of different seasoning to any meat,I can't tell the flavor difference between a t bone or a London broil. Beef tastes like beef, same with pork. We were raised on beans of different kinds, peas, potatoes and bread. My grandmother lived to be 102,my mother 98. My father 92. My dad had dementia. Non ever had cancer, diabetes, surgeries of no kind. Old age just got them. I'm seventy, an do ok. I do suffer arthritis, osteoporosis. But no major surgeries. My husband whom is a picky eater, eating mostly red meat, and processed sandwich meats, suffered colon cancer an a heart attack, five blockages to his heart. He made it. Fifteen years cancer free. He's still picky. But eats more chicken and tuna, salmon. Hard cooking at my house. Since I have always did all the cooking. He can't boil water,an I mean that literally.
Eye opener thank you for the info you have touched on most of my favorite nuts and fruits
Yep, I'm Jamaican and I can assure u the ackee fruit is safe to eat *only* if picked when it's open. Don't go cutting it open when it's not even ripe. It's 💯 percent 😋.
Do you enjoy eating it?

Thanks for the info! Most of that list we don't use at all, but about nuts it's very useful information, especially Brazil nuts. Most safe foods are: bagels (if you don't know what ingredients are), and avocado - just learn how to use a knife 🤣🤣🤣
NOTE: There are Kitchen Cut Resistant Gloves available on the market. Highly recommend it. I did try to cut my hand - no success.
So this thinks red meat is the same as processed and unhealthy. Does he even know what red meat is?
Yeah, I'm seeing some issues here. Like who paid for the study comparing fruit juice and soda? And beef isn't the same as a stick of salami.
Basically in a nutshell: make sure your cooked is meat, fruits and vegetables are clean, fish is carefully prepared to avoid parasites, and basically just eating everything in normal quantities
It's amazing how many things I had stopped eating when I joined the military long ago. That did me a huge favor!
I eat some pretty damn hot, hot sauces, including reaper sauces but dont think I could eat a full reaper. I grew some once but the ended up very small, about the size of a grape. They were hot but not deadly. That year though I had some red chillies that I normally can eat like candy and they were like eating fire. Not sure if it was cross pollination between the reapers or the ghosts but they were very unusually hot. I noticed they were when I put two in to a 16litre (when i make soup I make lots and freeze it) pot of soup, for flavour and it made it noticeably spicy, so I had to try and eat the pepper by itself.
Incredible information presented here!
At times, I've eaten almost an entire can of cashews. And not only lived to tell about it, regret it too. 🤢

Yes you have changed my mind. Thank for the info. Good to know
When feeding the chits hotdogs cut them lengthwise, and then into half rings if you wish. It's virtually impossible to choke with the casing cut that way
My mom does half half hot dogs ( cutting hot dogs into three )

Same.
@@omeancollinslove how meat is the issue. what vegan piss ant.
I think hot dogs should look like sushi
They were also showing non processed meat as being processed in the same breath. Processed can mean many different things. A inch thick steak has been processed from cow to butcher. Bologna, sausage and other shelf friendly meat products have been processed to give them a longer shelf life. No matter what we consume it must be processed according to guidelines for that product. This is a misleading video because it compares food of several nationalities to the norm of food dishes. Some things tastes better raw, some things taste better cooked. You can't compare a raw oyster to haggis and it can't be compared to brunswick stew. or souse. They are ethnic dishes. You can only compare similar dishes to similar dishes.
Combined estrogen progesterone Contraceptives are also classified as type 1 carcinogens, so don't worry about hotdogs and processed meats

As a kid, my grandfather (from italy) used to eat "wormy cheese" whenever he could literally smuggle it into Nyc after hia visits to italy. Im pretty sure ive eaten it a time or two with him... All many, many decades ago now. Rest in peace grandpa Luigi Giovanni.
Yes. I've seen that but never here in the US. Your nonno was a legend.
That stuff is absolutely repulsive 🤮
As an italian citizen (unfortunately living in Italy, BTW), I am disgusted by those kinda cheese types. Many italians think the same, literally hundreds of thousands. I personally think that these kind of cheeses are deeply unhealthy, but when it comes to food, seems very difficult to remain objective when taking into account habits and culture of every single person.
Anyway, I feel happy of knowing that you have an italian grandfather. Be well (stai bene). Cheers.

Oh my gosh the pasta/rice thing!!!! I lived in a humid environment for a while and the bug eggs that were I'm my pasta came to life and you could litterally hear the corner of the pantry making noise! It was the worst!!!! But all the bugs died while getting boiled and I can't tell you how many boxes of pasta we threw out. It was so gross!
Ugh! What a nightmare! One time I was working in a pub that served lunch, and a guy called the waitress and said, “my rice is moving”. Maggots were landing on his plate from a hole in the ceiling. An investigation of the floor above revealed a maggot-infested dead rat in a trap.
Edit: apologies to everyone for grossing y’all out, but Megan Asp started it with her pasta coming to life anecdote!
So I had relatives that lived through the depression. The bugs in the pasta are not going to hurt you.

@@meowsforlife2179 and why is it done
@@Dom77798 Well rehab is a place to teach those wanting to change as well as those forces to attend how to cope with life and be sober in the simplest sense of it. As for cooking they cant afford a cook at Odyssey ( they are everywhere) so they had the clients cool for the entire rehab and make the staffs breakfast lunch and dinners. They say it's to teach responsibility. I hope one of those answer the question. It depends on the kind of facility but most people use it to get sober, look good for court, and get their kids back or something. But something like 85%-90% of all clients go back to using within the year and some other percentage overdose.. so it does and doesn't help....
