Hi Dr. Trish. It's been a while to see you since you help me. I reach almost 3 months avoiding it. Now I wanna share something that I am stuck or I can't find words to express. My girlfriend is sending me back to watch videos with her. I told her no that I was done watching fantasy movies behind. She was shocked to hear what I said, and told me what happened to men. Well, some people can change to heal mindset. Now she is rewiring me a little bit. I always thought I was the problem but it is her. She has not change.

Romantic sexless movies may have similar effect on women...because women are more addicted to verbal contact with a man.
its a "fantasy" addiction.... and fantasy within fantasy, instead of focusing on productive hobbies and and sports
Some said its like "faliing in love with falling in love", not with actual person.
therefore some people dont commmit to relationships because they "fall in love with feeling or image of falling in love"
but as soon as they are supposed to sacrifice something for parrtner or family, they break up and find another partner.
He said in video that some women become eaither addicted to romantic movies
or they become a prostitutes,.....because of the effect "falling in lov ewith the feeling of falling in love" not falling for the actual man.
Maybe therefore there are so man ydivorces in Hollywood, because thye dont realize that they fall in love only
with the feeling, not with the person´s personality or commitment.
Wonder whether experts studied this idea neurologically what happens in brain etc.

Obviously it's normal.. you have been addicted to abnormally high surges of dopamine for a long time, isn't it normal your brain feels depressed if it's not getting it? It will use the tricks to get that high right? Anyways another indicator is that you don't have much things in your life to give you that dopamine... Exercise, pursue career goals and slowly build healthy relationships.... You'll get better I guarantee

It's what makes porn addiction so difficult to recover from! Really focusing on getting your feeds to support your recovery. Unfollow/block triggering accounts, follow motivational accounts, etc
